Adorable Beach Cottage!

This cottage was just right for our stay in Naples. Decorated in beach theme, clean, great location...everything was perfect and we will be back!! Alan was a great host, I only needed to contact him to tell him how much we were enjoying his property. The cottage is nicely supplied with the "extras" like dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels, and soap.

Awesome Beach House!

Perfect Cottage

The cottage had been updated and the feel of a beach house totally was felt upon entering the door. The decor and flow of the house was perfect. A 4-8 minute drive to one of three public beaches. Alan the host stopped by to make sure all was good. I will definitely be rebooking for a future trip to Naples.

Our arrival till departure was the best . Any questions we had were answered right away . The house was so adorable and super clean . It had all the amenities that you would need. Exactly as described and immaculately clean!

The cottage is exactly as described and reflected in the pictures! So very clean, well appointed, and lots of attention to detail. Very centrally located in Naples with easy access to everything you could want to do. The owner Alan is very attentive and responsive, and you can tell there is a lot of pride in ownership. The bed and bedding is very comfortable, and they have even thought of small details like providing a white noise machine in each bedroom. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the kitchen equipment you could need. If we are ever in Naples again we will book in a heartbeat!

Cozy, comfortable & Clean!

Perfect stay! Beautiful property, just as listed. Nicely decorated with a beach theme, comfortable beds and furnishings. Had everything we needed for our two week stay. Great location, perfect for two couples and our small dog. We mostly definitely would recommend this property and will be back. Alan the host was amazing and very easy to reach. The house was missing a few small things, hangers and potholders and he promptly had them delivery from Amazon for us. He was also very accommodating with adjusting the thermostat for us since Florida had a cold snap during our stay. I would highly recommend this property if your looking in the Naples area, great neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Oh and the bikes were perfect to ride into old town, 5th ave and the beach. Thanks again Alan!

Christmas Family Vacation

We were meeting our son and his family in Naples after a trip to Disneyworld. We found this location on VRBO. We wanted a good location in Naples, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living room and kitchen at an affordable price for 3 adults. We definitely found it. Also, the owner made sure we had all we needed to make our short stay complete. I would highly recommend this place

Wonderful stay

Property was very comfortable and very clean! We enjoyed riding the bikes and they seemed recently purchased . We dined at several local restaurants but one really stood out Swan River and we would highly recommend it.
