The Space
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Living area and kitchen complete with everything, with comfortable sofa bed, a bedroom and bathroom.

BEDROOM
Sheets and towels are provided free of charge.
There is a double bed (size: 160cm x 190cm).
Also in the room: mirror, coffee table, closet, coat rack, bedside tables and lights.
There is also a Smart TV (with possibility to watch Netflix).

BATHROOM
The bathroom is accessed from the bedroom. We provide free toiletries, hair dryer, toilet paper, rugs and towels.
Bathroom amenities include: shampoo and body soap.

LAUNDRY
There is a laundry room with washer/dryer available to guests.

CLEANING
We clean the apartment before check-in, paying special attention to sanitizing with special products!

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING
The apartment is cool in summer and warm in winter.
It has two air conditioners. There is also a thermostat to regulate the heating. Therefore, you will be comfortable whatever your expectations are.

The apartment is all on one floor.

VIEW AND FLOOR
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator, so you don't have to walk up the stairs!
From the window you can see the famous "fountain of zizze" of Spinacorona.

CHECK-IN
Once you arrive, you will meet me or my colleagues. They may ask you to show some documents, due to Italian security law.

NOISE
The apartment is extremely quiet and there is no noise as it faces a busy street.
The doors and windows are of good quality.
You will sleep well!

The apartment is on the third floor (there is an elevator in the building)

In the case of bookings with only 2 guests, in case of need for separate beds, in order to accommodate the request it must be communicated 2 days before arrival.
Otherwise, a different arrangement of the beds cannot be guaranteed.
