Pessima organizzazione. Quando sono arrivata alla struttura e ho chiamato per telefono per entrare, una signora mi ha detto che avevano avuto dei problemi e non avevano una camera per alloggiarmi come invece mi aveva preannunciato con una mail expedia. Ho chiesto di ricollocarmi in un altro modo perché erano le 18,00 e mi trovavo senza alloggio per quella sera e mi hanno detto di contattare expedia che loro non potevano fare nulla. Expedia mi ha inviato a un assistente virtuale con il quale non sono riuscita dal telefonino a risolvere il problema. Mi sono trovata per strada in una città piena di turisti. E' stato difficilissimo trovare una sistemazione. Esperienza pessima.

Sicuramente il punto forte è la posizione nella centralissima via Partenope e la vista mare laterale, staff cordiale e ottima pulizia della camera.

Stanza e servizi puliti e ben arredati, la proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile sempre pronta nel riapondere alle nostre richieste. Il B & B si trova in un'area di isola pedonale sul lungomare, con molti locali, ottima per cenare e allo stesso tempo è facilmente raggiungibile, a piedi, il cuore di Napoli con le sue meraviglie.
