Pros: Room was clean. Daily housekeeping. Very close to Napoli Centrale train station. Supermarket just around the corner. Cons: No staff in office. Needed to text before arrival so someone would be there to check-in. Room was not actually soundproofed at least from the door. Children screaming can be heard clearly for three hours till 10:30 PM through the hallway. No shampoo was provided. Also, don’t expect facial cloth for guesthouse. During our stay, the gentleman managing downstairs cafe was very helpful regarding our need.

High standard accommodation kept immaculately clean. Also the coffee for breakfast at Carioca is the best we had during our week in Naples. Highly recommended.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were pristine. The additional keys and security show the need for precaution in the area, but the rooms themselves were fantastic.

The room was very clean. It was hard finding the place. And being in Naples you have to keep your head on a swivel. But over all the stay was nice and I felt safe inside
