GreenLinks/Lely Resort - Condo next to Flamingo & Mustang Golf Courses & Sam Snead's Tavern - Enjoy lake views from 2nd floor private screened lanai!



GreenLinks Golf Villas community is located within Lely Resort, which is conveniently situated between Marco Island & Naples downtown 5th Ave. & close to local beaches. This well manicured golf community has unlimited vacation amenities. Vouchers for discounted (peak season) golf rounds (Flamingo & Mustang courses) are provided by the front desk staff October 15 through May 15. Limited free rounds of golf/week (Flamingo & Mustang courses) May 15th through October 15th w/cart fee of $30/round per person.

This 2BR/2BA plus den 2nd floor unit has lake views from the main living area & master suite. The private screened lanai, accessible from the Living Room & Master suite, directly overlooks the lake to create a truly tranquil setting.



The owners have spared no expense in having this condo professionally decorated throughout with transitional furnishings & custom draperies. Maximum use of space was the focus in creating a larger living room seating area while dedicating a separate formal dining space off the kitchen. This spacious living room provides ample seating with the large sectional as well as a 70" smart TV w/free cable & wifi.



There's also a private designated office space in the den for your convenience in working remotely. The cozy den also boasts a 65" smart TV for your viewing pleasure, as well as a sleeper sofa.



The unit boasts a split bedroom floor plan for the ultimate in vacation privacy. The primary bedroom (king bed) provides a 55" smart TV & direct access to screened lanai. You'll also find a private en suite bath w/dual vanities, wall mounted hair dryer, garden soaking tub & separate shower.



The guest bedroom (2 twin beds) houses a 55" smart TV and direct access to the guest/full bath. Guest/full bath has shower only & wall mounted hair dryer & can be accessed from the hallway or the guest BR via pocket door.



The open & bright kitchen w/granite counter tops and built in microwave is well appointed with cookware and utensils for your culinary endeavors. However, Sam Snead's Tavern is conveniently located within Lely Resort for your dining pleasure as well. Great spot to relax and unwind following a day on one of the two award winning golf courses.



Stackable washer/dryer housed in closet just off the kitchen.



Enjoy serene lake views from your 2nd floor screened lanai with both outdoor dining space as well as a cozy conversational seating area.



GreenLinks also offers an impressive resort style heated swimming pool & spa with plenty of lounge chair seating & table/chairs for outdoor dining. Gas BBQ grills are located nearby for your outdoor grilling needs. The adjoining clubhouse also provides a fitness center available for tenant use. Additionally, the resort offers tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard & corn hole.



This private rental unit also supplies guests with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels & coolerfor use during their stay.

Beautiful, clean condo! Amazing location in East Naples. Property manager was excellent with communication. Pool was stunning and warm! Will definitely stay again.

Fabulous Stay

We loved the location, the space and the updated style at the condo. The open concept made room for the (3) of us to have our own space. The extra family room was great for working on computers remotely. Having a washer/dryer was a big plus! And the sound of the fountain outside the lanai was so relaxing and therapeutic. We will absolutely stay here again!

Our host Tammy went above and beyond for us!! She was attentive to our needs and helped us with delivery of food as we arrived on Xmas eve and all the stores would be closed when we arrived and would be closed the next day as well. She volunteered to accept our food delivery until we arrived and picked it up at her house. She added a few things to our bags to make sure we were all set for the next couple of days. She also accommodated our late departure on the day of checkout. She was extremely personable and responded immediately to any inquiry we had. We have stayed in Tammy’s condo before and were so happy with the layout, decor and location. All were perfect for us! I would recommend renting from Tammy if you’re staying in Naples. No other VRBO host will treat you as well as Tammy treated us

Perfect property and location for a family!

We stayed with our 15 and 11 year old children. The condo was beautiful and the perfect arrangement for two kids with a king primary and second bedroom with two twin beds. There were 4 TVs, two separate sitting rooms and a beautiful screened porch. We loved that the water fountain in the pond was just outside our patio and our building was just one away from the pool. The drive to Naples or Marco Island were both an easy 20 minutes from this relaxing multi-condo neighborhood.Highly recommend!

Fantastic Unit, look no longer

Everything about this unit was amazing. Clean and updated and extremely roomy, with a family of four we still had room to separate. Amenities and extras provided ensured we were prepared for any vacation fun we found. Checkin and rules were easy to understand and not a dictionary and host was extremely responsive.Will 100% stay again.

Fun stay - great condo!

We had a great stay and definitely recommend it! The condo is decorated very nicely and is very comfortable. I really liked the separate sitting/den/office area. The nice pool is just steps away, as are the pickleball courts. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the 2nd bathroom. The water pressure is very low in that shower and makes rinsing product from hair difficult. Some towel bars or rings in that same bath, closer to the shower and sink, would be very nice. Overall, it is a great place to stay and just a couple of minor tweaks to that bath will make it fantastic!
