Very nice clean, centrally located hotel. The beds were comfortable and the linen was beautifully clean and fresh. Can’t fault this hotel in central Naples. I would stay here again.

Fabulous location within easy walk to everywhere. Downside of this is that its on a very busy main road. Traffic goes through to 2/3am if you are a light sleeper maybe not for you. Staff very nice & helpful especially Fabio Breakfast continental & limited choice.

Very central boutique hotel within walking distance to old town and Spanish quarters. Friend staff ..Fabio was very friendly and knowledgable. Would definately recommend this hotel for a wonderful time in Naples.

Location is good. near marina stations and many tourist attractions. Room come with breakfast. It was good. staffs were good and helpful. room and bed OK. Room is small and bathroom is very small too. shower is small and door was cheap. Stay a few night. Overall, I would recommend it for location and convenient.

Pictures online do not serve justice to this hotel. Either we got placed in an older room, or all rooms could be the same. The room was small (one double bed room). Bathroom was a challenge to use, as there’s no counter-space. Shower was old with panel style doors. Mold on the walls, ceiling and the toilet smellled strongly of years of baked on urine. It was gross being in there. Not to mention, the shower head sprayed in every direction, kept falling from the older, and the drain clogged quickly. The hotel staff were nice, but they’re limited in functions. We stepped out to do laundry, and when we returned, we were locked out of the hotel. It was about 9:30pm, and weren’t getting any response from buzzing to the front desk. The staff were using the restroom, so they locked the door for entry. A second staff, or third, would be great to have to relieve each other. All in all, I’d recommend searching elsewhere, unless you’re easily satisfied.

Good location near to Metro and ferry port . Unfortunately we have not good experiences: toilet flash was not working need to press hard multiple times , door knob not working and they transferred us to new room promised that We will transfer our personal belongings after our tour , sad part they transferred us but they gave our room to another guest . The concierge for night duty scolded me I picked up the wrong key. With all of these I keep on traveling and appreciate the beauty of the world. Enjoy life ..

Great hotel and service

Hotel is located in a great location. Walking distance to the Spanish quarter, restaurant and bars. The staff was great, specially Michele very accommodating gave us great tips and he was always very helpful. Breakfast was ok.
