The room was a nice size and very clean. The AC was pointed towards the door so it didn’t cool down the room as much as we would’ve liked, but it wasn’t terribly hot in the room. It was a good stay overall.

The room is absolutely stunning and renovated to a high standard. It's even got black out curtains and you can't hear anything from the road. The host replies to queries straight away and is really kind. Absolutely no bad thing to say about the room Just bear in mind that the neighbourhood is not the best; even thought you're within 10min walk from the train station and I don't think it would be ideal for women solo travelling because of the neighbourhood. The room and the host are really good though

We arrived to Naples bus station around 10 PM and walked with our luggage to the apartments. Immediately, we felt extremely unsafe walking there at night, as there were many questionable people hanging out in the streets and the GPS was telling us to walk down some dark alleys to get there. The place itself was difficult to locate, as the GPS does not take you right to the entrance. We found it by putting the restaurant next door into the GPS. You go through a gate and up a couple sets of stairs to get to the actual apartments. Once you are upstairs, you can immediately tell that the apartments have been updated and well taken care of. Although we were in an unsafe area, we felt safe in our room, as we were behind a gate and 2 doors with codes to get in. It was pretty hidden. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. While the place itself was nice, we felt unsafe throughout our time in Naples. If you are traveling for leisure reasons, we would not recommend visiting Naples in general due to the lack of things to do in the area and overall safety reasons. If you must travel to Naples, be cautious that the surrounding area is shady, but the apartment itself is hidden and well taken care of.

I can see why others may have felt unsafe but it is right off the main road and we were fine there with our 10yr old. Location is right near central station and easy walk down to main area. Property was lovely and clean. Communication a little all over but no issues from this and they were quick to answer questions.

We did not felt safe going to the hotel with our bags. We felt being watched. When we left during the evenings we just rapidly walked to leave the area. Once in the building there was a lot of security steps to ensure only us could enter. The drain of the shower was blocked because after a couple of seconds the shower felt like a bath. Lots of mosquitoes as well The common area had a coffee machine with pods which is good, but no instructions on how to use it. While in the room, we never heard noises from the street but we were hearing the others take a shower. In general it is a okay experience for the money spent, but I would have booked an official hotel.

Helt perfekt overnatningssted midt i centrum. Vi havde 7 overnatninger i Pink Room, nemt til alting, tæt ved tog station. Dejlig lille cafe lige ved siden af porten, hvor vi fik kaffe/croissanter hver morgen. Som i andre storbyer skal man passe på sine ting og ikke gå ud efter midnat. Der er mange stakkels mennesker i centrum.

Self check in oli helppo tehdä ja majoittajaan sai tarvittaessa nopeasti yhteyden. Majoitus sijaitsi keskeisellä paikalla lähellä isompaa tietä joka johti kätevästi aivan Napolin ytimeen. Myös maailmankuulu pizzeria sijaitsi aivan lähettyvillä. Garibaldin metroasemalta oli helppo liikkua ympäri aluetta mutta aseman seutu ja sen viereiset kujat olivat levottomia sekä päivä- että ilta-aikaan. Majoitukselle annan kuitenkin suosituksen, yöpyisin siellä ehdottomasti uudestaan!

Solo oder Duo und man erwartet nichts atemberaubendes, dann bingo. Eingang zu den Apartments war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Zimmer an sich sehr clean. Keine großen Probleme außer, egal wie krass die Dusche auch aussah, diese war es echt nicht.

L'appartamento internamente è nuovo e ben pulito, esternamente è uno stabile vecchio e trascurato. Il quartiere non è dei migliori e questo penalizza il soggiorno.

Ottima accoglienza,palazzo un po meno!

La zona è vicino alla stazione dei treni bem servita dalla metro,si hanno negozi vicini per qualsiasi cosa serva,non è il massimo la zona,e nemmeno il palazzo,le scale sono fatiscenti e ahimè sporche,ma essendo un passaggio per pochi minuti è andata bene la stanza è spettacolare il letto di una comodità assoluta doccia ben fatta larga e piena di soffioni il frigo in camera davvero una chicca .consiglio per amici,coppie, ma non per chi ha figli piccoli le scale davvero sono l'unica pecca!

La chambre que nous avions (blue) était superbe. Grande. Fraîchement rénovée. Avec une très grande salle de bain. L’appartement est tout près de la gare de train/bus et directement dans le quartier historique de Naples. TOUTEFOIS, on croise beaucoup d’itinérants, de personnes en état de consommation et juste devant l’appartement des femmes racolent les clients… Les gens ont été très respectueux et courtois envers nous, mais nous préférons vous aviser. Nous étions accompagnés de notre fille de 10 ans…. Pas l’environnement idéal pour de jeunes enfants…

We loved our room. The appartment was really clean and nice. Seems like it was renovated recently. The only thing we didn't like was the neighborhood, we didn't felt safe.
