Good hotel.

The room was great. The hotel staff was competent and polite. But the dining room staff were terrible. Were they just beginners? They seemed to be stumbling all over themselves. No one person seemed to be in charge. The bartender didn't have enough change. Hardly up to Sofitel standards.

Awesome Hotel !!

Pros: The room was AMAZING, large, clean, comfortable, and beautiful.
Cons: Nothing everything perfect!
Location: Centrally located in Naples, quick taxi ride to the Airport
We only stayed one night inbetween the Almafi Coast and our flight home, but now I wish we would have stayed longer, it was an amazing hotel. I highly recommend this one.
