2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Staff & service
I booked a room at Pisacane family for one night and got confirmation email both from them and from Expedia. I got there from the airport and they said they decided to cancel my reservation and that there was no room available. Said they sent me a message and that the stay will be refunded. It took them 4 hours to realize they had overbooked the place, and they sent a "message", not a cancelation notice.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
As others have reported they allow you to book a room then when you try to enter you are told they have swapped you to another location. I rejected the alternative property as it was too far away . They then refused to refund me. I spent hours trying to get my money back and trying to find another room ( it was night time and I was alone with my luggage). Do not book with these people!
