Everyone was helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was a bonus with a wide choice staying 4 days helped us experiment with the choices. Great view over the Piazza Garibaldi giving the room lots of light. The Piazza is busy and care is needed but a great spot for exploring.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from Napoli Centrale Station. The staff at the check-in counter were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. The female housekeeper was also extremely kind, and she especially took great care of us during breakfast. If I visit Naples again, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.

First - this is not a hotel. It is a bed and breakfast with kind of a weird set up - if that matters to you. It is located very close to the Naples Central Station but is kind of hard to find and the neighborhood is a little rough. It's located on the 4th floor and there is a small elevator, but it wasn't working while we were there. The staff was amazing. They held our bags before check in and after check out, and were super apologetic that the elevator was not working - very nice people. The breakfast was pretty good, and delivered to your room, get the babas - they were very tasty. There is AC in the room, but it takes a while to get the room down to temp when you arrive. It was the best AC we had during our stays around Italy. The room was clean, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, plenty of towels, the beds were firm but very comfortable. The decor was dated and a bit funky, but comfortable. We would stay there again.

Stay was fine, very good location. Could be quite loud as you can easily hear the other rooms and people on the stairs. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was simple but lovely. The biggest issue was the shower which was terrible as the head was falling apart and the enclosure had black mould all around.

It's been an amazing stay. We're very happy with the service of the staff, the cleanliness and everything with the accommodation. Only little thing to wish for is more soundproofing balcony doors.
