Happy they had a safe. I felt misled about my booking as I thought I was getting a suited. After the first 2 days of my stay, I had to move to another room due to no water for a day and not hot water for 2 days thereafter. They said they could not say when that building would ever have hot water again. So they put me in another room. As a disabled person, one would have thought that they would at least have brought me a moving cart, or even assisted me with this very difficult move. I walk and move with great difficulty due to a chronic illness. If the air conditioner was not at 66 degrees or more, and the fan blowing continuously, the place smelled of dogs.

It's an old motel. It may be non smoking now but years of smoking can still be detected. There are a lot of long stay residents for job reasons. Probably one of the least expensive options for peak season rates. Room was exceptionally clean just very old.

We booked on hotels.com from Friday-Monday. When we arrived the room was gross. The sheets didn’t look like they fit the bed, there was lipstick on the hand towel in bathroom, and there was a used washcloth laying on tub. My daughter and me left to go get something to eat and came back to find a cockroach in the bathtub. We told front desk worker and he said since we booked with a 3rd party and prepaid there’s nothing that could be done. We left and found a different hotel and ended up paying for that 1 as well for Friday-Monday.

This is the second time I stayed at this location due to its so close to the airport and downtown. However, it seems like 2 completely different places this time. The bedsheet has multiple cigarette burns on it, found 3 dead roaches on the floor by the AC unit, water pressure in the shower is extremely low, my yard sprinkler at home probably has higher pressure than that. And the other rooms were super loud, although it’s not really the hotel’s fault. The most unacceptable thing is the rate per night is over $200, I definitely didn’t get what I paid for here this time.

First room I went into the air conditioner didn’t work. They had to move me to another room got in the other room woke up at 11:30 at night to a flooded room water pouring out of the ceiling from the room upstairs had to move to a 3 room no apologies. No sorry for the inconvenience. No nothing would not recommend this property whatsoever to anyone for any reason
