We communicated with Angela throughout our stay and she was on top of things every step of the way. Our plane was delayed significantly and we arrived late. She let us in late at night. When asked, she provided very clear instructions. The room we stayed was nice with fancy lighting. Though we didn’t use, the kitchen area was nice, too. With multiple private codes to get in, we felt very secure to stay.

A very spacious and comfortable hotel situated in walking distance to the main train station. Correspondence was very clear and constant in order to make the self check in process easier. The hotel is close to dinning, clothes shopping and supermarkets

Property was in good condition, but was hassle getting up, need to get a lift up and need 10 cents coin. It kept taking my coins and had to put it in 2/3 coins for it to work. I recommend memorising or writing the codes to get it as I had my phone stolen on the street.

The location is dangerous. I was robbed outside the hotel while trying to get in. My phone was stolen and, since my phone had the information for accessing the facility, I was unable to get into my room. I had to find a new hotel at 1 AM. It was a nightmare as I could not get a new phone quickly. The hotel refused to refund my stay.

Friendly staff and instructions were received prior to check-in. i will say that the building and court yard are rough looking and the elevator is super vintage, however, the room was really nice and there was an outside area with fridge and microwave etc. Naples is not for everyone but if you can see beauty through the rough spots you’ll be fine with this hotel.

Italy trip to see the Amalfi coast.

The hotel contacted me with all the relevant information for online check in and how to get to the property after hours. The room is big and there is a decent kitchen in the communal area. The location is very convenient for walking around all the main sites in Naples.

This hotel met all of our needs. The location was excellent, the room was clean, and it was just as advertised. The only quarrel I would have with this place is that they charge $.10 Euros to use the elevator at certain times of day. It's not a big price, but it's very inconvenient if you don't have the coins on you. Suggest that they figure out a way to give you a free trip up and then supply you with 10 coins in your room and charge you one euro for it. It would make quite a bit of a difference. However, that aside, very happy with this property.

It is a little challenging doing all of the steps to get inside, but once you figure it out, all goes smoothly. Angela was very responsive by e-mail and did a fantastic job with all questions. You must watch the video.

Amazing service from Angela the manager. Once booked Angela’s communication was exceptional, from instructions to apartment and entry via secure doors, could not have been any easier. Located next to main train station and city centre. Very clean and comfortable apartment. From booking as we walked out the station to paying for apartment and visitor tax we were in our room within 20 minutes could not have asked for a better service. We would definitely recommend this property.
