Relax in this gorgeous expansive home. Sleeps 11 ( 9 guests in beds, 2 guests on air mattresses that we provide), huge pool deck, detached private villa in rear of property. Outfitted with every amenity. Walk to the Gulf in 10 or 15 minutes. Enjoy dinner or lunch at the Mercado just a 5 minute drive.

Located on Vanderbilt Drive between Conner's and Naples Park. Perfect for large families. This property is all inclusive. Good Sun-sations is a 2150 sq. ft home with a detached guest villa. The home is a 5 minute walk to the Gulf. It is an outstanding location with a very large pool area for entertaining and relaxation. Professionally landscaped and nicely furnished. It will exceed your expectations from the moment you arrive.
The main house consists of 3 bedrooms and three full size bathrooms. A very large kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area overlook the pool patio. The kitchen is perfect for any serious cook and comes equipped with a Keurig coffee system and a regular coffer maker. Adjacent to the dining area is a large living room which boasts a vaulted ceiling and a 60" HDTV with very comfortable furniture. The Master bedroom is located on the second floor with two bedrooms on the first floor of the main house.

The guest villa is completely detached and is adjacent to the pool area. Enter through the two French doors into a bedroom (king size bed). Off to the right is a twin bed which is perfect for guests with a child. The guest villa includes a full bath and a walk in closet and a HDTV

We love the location of this house! It's an easy walk to the beach. The house was very well equipped with amenities like bikes, pool rafts, lounge and beach chairs. The kitchen was very well stocked. Access to the Florida State Park pass was an addition we enjoyed. Our absolute favorite was the pool and pool house. Our host was professional and quickly responded to questions and a minor issue we had. Very clean and thoroughly enjoyable.

Great property for a family….

Everything about this property was excellent for a family, including grandparents, kids, and three grandkids under five. The pool was wonderful and had nice opportunities for shade. The bedrooms were spaced nicely, including the pool house (which we called the “casita”). Great kitchen, fully equipped. Just a nice place for a family all the way around!

Family Time

The house is in a great location, beaches are beautiful and easy to access and easy to get to stores for groceries and supplies. The house is a nice size for a large group and the pool house is a great added bonus. The pool is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals and the grill was clean and in great condition. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

WONDERFUL HOME IN BEAUTIFUL LOCATION!

Great house in a great location....close to everything and the beach. The pool was a hit with the kids and kitchen was stocked up for all cooking needs. Love the fact that the house came with beach chairs and surfing boards. Would have given the 5 stars for cleanliness, but there was an odd smell in the main house (living, dining room and bedroom near living space). We thought it may be the pipes....but other than that, the house was super clean! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful pool!

It was a lovely home with lots of room for our family of 9. The pool was clean and kept up well. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well but it was noisy in the master bedroom early morning with construction vehicles and garbage pickup. We let our son and his wife have the pool house as they have a 4 year old that needed alone time to nap. We spent sometime at the beach but enjoyed the pool better. All in all it was a great vacation.

Fantastic House & Location Pool House is Key!

We stayed at the house in April 2024. We were a group of four adults and six 17 year olds. The house met all of our needs but what really sets this property apart is the Pool House. This allowed for separation when you wanted it yet you were still able to be together as a group. You won’t find another property with this unique set up. The pool is big and the temperature was perfect. The host was responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood is surrounded by gorgeous houses. Don’t hesitate to book you won’t be disappointed!

Don't think twice just book!

This property is better than the pictures or description! Our family of 9 including 4 adults, 2 young adults, a teen and two children had the best week. It was immaculate. We stay multiple times a year at rentals and feel we have realistic expectations but this exceeded all of them! Beds were comfy, lots of towels for both beach and house, pool was large and guest house was great for our older kiddos. We all enjoyed taking morning bike rides and Wiggins beach is closest to the house and by far our favorite as it was muchwaa crowded. Bob was a fantastic host and we would absolutely rent from him again!! Thank you Bob for sharing your home with us! Take care!

January in Naples

We hosted our adult children and significant others for a week, and this house was perfect. There was plenty of space for all of us without feeling cramped, and the pool house was a great bonus - we took that so that we had some added separation if we wanted to go to bed earlier than the kids did. The bikes were used every day and we took many walks & rides to the beach. The location was excellent and it was easy to pack up and head to the beach for the day. Unfortunately some establishments were still closed with hurricane damage, but we never had a problem finding a restaurant or bar to grab a drink. The state park was also still closed, so I can't comment on that. The bedrooms were all adequate, though the twin beds were on the small side for a couple of our taller adults, it wasn't an issue. Bob was very attentive if we had questions or an issue. The house had everything we could need or want. We would definitely consider staying again. Highly recommend!

Perfect space for any size group!

This house exceeded our expectations! The owner was VERY communicative and helpful with some questions I had before booking. The check on was easy due to a thorough email he send when I completed the booking payment. There was plenty of room for our party & room to have solitude too. This house was equipped for little kids— which we didn’t have but as a parent, I would have loved a rental home with those items when my kids were young. The house was clean, roomy and beds had mattresses with different firmness so everyone could find a comfy bed. We loved the pool & proximity to beach and downtown Naples!!!

Hard to Say Goodbye

Our two families (6 adults, 4 teenagers) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Naples, and a big part of it was the comfort and location of this home. Location was truly amazing, central to everything: groceries, beaches, downtown Naples with great eats. Although the house is equipped with a pass to the Wiggins state park beach (nice touch!), we enjoyed Vanderbilt beach which was a very short drive from the home. No parking, but easy to be dropped off and the driver can return on bike (also supplied by the owner). There were ample towels (both beach and house), along with beach chairs and toys. The kids loved using the pool when we were home along with having their own space in the separate living quarters (also well equipped with kitchen, bathroom and laundry). The house was quite spacious with a tv in each room and four bathrooms in total. Hands down, we would return again and highly recommend Robert’s home to anyone looking for an excellent stay. Thank you Robert for sharing your home and all your prompt response. Hope to be back!

Fantastic house in great location

Our multi generation family stayed in the house for a week and we had great time. I highly recommend this house for families with children younger and older. It's very well equipped and has perfect layout. Location is excellent with beautiful Wiggins Park nearby and many grocery stores within short drive. Highly recommended. Thank you for fantastic stay.

Great time

Great time was had by all. The pool was awesome after running around town. The guest house appeared clean but smelled musty. The bed right off the kitchen was supper squeaky.

Family vbbbhh get away

This is a great property for families. Took our grown children and grandkids. We all had some privacy, loved the pool and yard. Walking and biking paths right by the house. Nice neighborhood and easy bike ride or short walk to the beach.

Thanksgiving with Family from 6 States

The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the beach and the pass to the park. It was more than we expected. The owner responded immediately with questions we had. The pool and deck are beautiful. It was perfect for us.

Fully stocked multi family house for fun in the sun

This was by far the best stocked home we've rented. We had three families with kids and never felt cramped. We enjoyed the pool and quick walk to the beach. The bikes, double stroller and parking pass made trips to the beach even easier. Bob was super helpful and responsive. We would happily stay here again.
