We had a great stay here. It’s very well located for the main train station and metros or about 30 min walk into the historic centre. Despite being in a busy area the room was very quiet. The only issue we had was the hot water that didn’t work - once we alerted them to it they came to fix it immediately however it was still very temperamental.

Alessandra was exceptional in responding to all my text through WhatsApp when we were having multiple issues with planes and trains in regards to our room reservation. When we finally arrived in Naples, she was there to greet us and we were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful our room was! Well appointed, clean, spacious and beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius out of one of the balconies. Coffee and tea available. Honor mini-bar available. There is a elevator, but we chose the stairs each time, due to eating a lot of pastries and pasta. As for the location, close to the train station, walking distance to the Spanish Quarter. Was able to walk to where we met up with tour groups for excursions. We didn't feel unsafe, no different than any other big city, just know your surroundings and pay attention. I would stay at this B&B again.
