Spacious Home With Large Pool And Fabulous Outdoor Living Space

Our house is your house when you “get away from it all” and stay in our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, Spanish style home with 2000 square feet decorated with beachy decor and a huge covered lanai outdoor pool area. When you are not at the beach you will definitely be lounging by the large inviting heated pool sipping on a cool drink! The pool is perfectly placed with southern exposure for sunshine all day. If you haven’t been to Marco before the beaches are amazing white sand beaches and we are just a short drive or bike ride (2 bikes provided) from the beach (2 miles). All of the beach essentials are provided. We have beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for you to use.

Our home has seaside dĂ©cor and a great split layout with a large master suite on one end and 2 bedrooms and second bath at the other end. The master suite has a comfortable king bed. The second bedroom also has a comfortable King bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be put together to make a king bed. There is a fantastic “indoor-outdoor living” floor plan with large sliding glass doors that open the home to the screened lanai and pool in the master suite, dining room and family room. You will enjoy the open concept kitchen and family room for family time together. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances, dishware, glassware, cookware and utensils you will ever need. (There is a Keurig, regular coffee maker, blender, juicer, mixer, crock pot and waffle iron!) The kitchen pass through window makes outdoor dining a snap. Cook your family steaks or fresh grouper from the market on the grill. The pool is an extra large 36 feet by 14 feet and is heated. Linens and towels are provided. Dogs are welcome and there is a fenced yard for them to play in.

You will enjoy the home’s convenient location. In addition to being a couple miles from the beach, the house is located in walking distance from the shops of Marco and excellent restaurants. Publix, Island liquors and Walgreens are just 3 blocks away. Marco island is an easy 45 minute drive from the Fort Meyers airport (RSW). When you are not enjoying relaxing by the pool you will find plenty to do nearby. Enjoy walking for miles and sea shelling on the islands breathtaking world class beaches. Head 2 miles east to Goodland Island where you will find marinas that rent all types of boats to explore the many picturesque islands and waterways. Check out Walker Coon Key marina where you can rent a pontoon and boat to your own personal beach for the day! On Goodland visit the Open air outdoor bars and grills. Explore the Everglades and Everglades City (30 minutes) which boasts air boat tours, canoeing and biking tours and alligator viewing at alligator alley. In Naples (25 minutes) you will find a spectacular botanical garden, fun zoo and great shopping. If you are looking for a great dinner check out Snook's Inn on Marco Island. For those people interested in wildlife, birding, ecology, birding...etc don't miss some of the tours at the Rookery Bay Learning Center. Also Collier-Seminole State park is only 7 miles away and offers canoe rentals in the Everglades for $5 per hour with all equipment. Great hiking too.

The home is very clean, well-stocked, and spacious. We loved that the light switches were labeled!! The pool and pool deck are the largest of any of the homes we have rented. The washer and dryer worked! We would definitely consider staying here again.When we travel, we look for certain key items before we book:‱Are there window coverings? Astonishingly, many homes have no window coverings on the large sliding doors which gives occupants the feeling that they are staying in a fishbowl. We are not exhibitionists and are creeped out by this.‱Is there a large walk-in shower with shower doors? No shower curtains and definitely no drafty, doorless walk-ins.‱Is there a king-size bed with a good mattress?This home met all of the above criteria. It could use a refresh on the sliding doors and their vertical blinds as well as an update to the bathrooms, but these were minor inconveniences.

Perfect in Every Way

The home was perfect in every way. We loved the huge, well heated pool. The beds were soooo comfy. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need. Our daughter and her boyfriend used the bikes provided and that was awesome for a trip to the beach, and shops, and ice cream. The area was great too. We saw lots of wildlife including manatees, dolphins, gators, pelicans and so much more. We visited several beaches and used the beach chairs that were provided in the home. We had so much fun! Nightmare on Marco

Submitted a fix report, owner went off the rails. Then demanded we give a 5 Star Review or promise not to review and if we didn’t promise was told she wanted us out of the house. Ask for a new A/C filter as the current one had dust hanging from it and was completely clogged. Was apparently not a simple request. Received email ordering us to leave the next day. Owner came with Damage Control, too little too late. Wife was uncomfortable reading emails and listening to voicemails which are archived. We left a day early. If you demand a 5 Star rating you have to have a 5 Star property. Maybe look up 5 Star Rating. Host threatened to give us a bad review if she didn’t receive a 5 Star Review. Second choice was “You don’t review me and I will not review you.” If she wishes to review me so be it, note I saved all emails and voice mails due to the content from the owner.

Amazing and beautiful

We loved this house!! On the end of the Island. Easy access by car or e bike (which we rented on the island) to go anywhere on Marco! Clean, comfortable bedding. Washer dryer were great! The pool and lanai were absolutely amazing and we enjoyed it every day! Nice gas grill, fully stocked kitchen as we do most of our own food prep! Spices and dry goods in were there- oil, seasonings. Love it!!!!

Fantastic Place in Marco Island

This was our first time staying in MArco Island and could not have stayed ata better place and location. Rode our bikes everywheree on the Island. This place is short bike ride to Goodland, Small fishing village withe several really good restuarants. The house has a beautiful pool, really nice lanai. Very clean, all the utensils you will need. Beds are very comfortable. I only had one problem with this place and that is leaving. Peaceful neighborhod. Our vacation was one of the best we have ever taken. Host very great to work with. We did Kayak tour a boat tour. We look forward to returning next year and the years to come. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Really nice property

My husband and I had a great time in Marco Island. The house was very clean and well stocked. The only thing we needed to bring was the food. The pool is awesome and well cared for. The owner Jennifer is very nice and helpful as well. We went to a few of the restaurants there - CJ's by the Bay, Margaritas (which had surprisingly good Mexican food), and Snook's Inn. The only thing about Snook's is you need to go EARLY. We went the first time after 5:30, and we had to leave because there was no parking. We got there the next time at 4:30, and by 5:00 the place was packed! The food there does not disappoint - it was the best Mahi Mahi I have ever had, and look forward to going back. We highly recommend this property!

More amazing than expected!

This vacation property is an amazing home. It is better than any pictures could show. You're close to everything, the pool is absolutely amazing! The home is equipped with just about everything you would need. The property management people are very nice to work with. While vacationing there hurricane Idilia came thru and they were there to advise and answer any questions that we had. Although no landfall we had some nervous moments with tornado warnings. With that being said I will rent this property again next year, It was amazing. Thanks to the owners for contacting us prior to staying, that was more of a welcoming to use their home! So Thank you!

Great property and location

Overall a great place to relax. This is our at least 10th rental on Marco over 30 years and it ranks right up there with a few of our favorites. Beds were super comfortable, TV and entertainment stuff above par though we spent more time at the beach and pool. No needs in the well equipped kitchen, Pool is nice and property in general is well kept. Owners reached out to us before we left for our vacation which was not really necessary but well received, shows they care. The only change I'd make is to have a keybox at the house. Like everyone else I'm sure, by the time you travel to Marco all you want to do is get to the house, not drive more and battle more cars getting to the real estate place and figuring out their lockbox to pickup and drop off keys.

Great Stay on Marco Island

We stayed 16 nights in July 2023. Nicely appointed house with pool and plenty of room. Great location -- quiet and residential. No complaints whatsoever. Has all the things you'll need in terms of kitchen gadgets, etc. Totally would rent again.

Marco vacation

We had a wonderful time here. The house was beautiful, exactly as pictured, and the pool was clean and warm. The kitchen is very well stocked for 2 people or a group of people. We loved being able to use the bikes and the location is perfect for long rides. We will definitely stay here again.

Great house, great location

I don't have any complaints about this rental. Everything worked perfectly, the location is ideal, the pool is wonderful, the house itself is spacious and clean. Will definitely rent again!
