The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair on one of the pillows and the sheets on one of the beds looked as if it was slept on. The sink had a dead bug and hair on one of the was clothes. One of the walls looked as if guts from a bug. It was dirty.

For a family perfect hotel. breakfast was great and always a hot cup of coffee for my wife and I. location..perfect..close to shopping, 5th ave south..and Marco Island.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful during check in. Breakfast is what you’d expect- variety of cereal, oatmeal, eggs, bagels, drinks, etc. so there was something for everyone in my family which was extremely convenient for our early morning sports events. Unfortunately, some downsides were that some areas of the shower in our room was not thoroughly cleaned or soaps filled. Because of the sports tournament event nearby, there were many kids and families at hotel.. kids were running around lobby, stairs, elevators, etc. during day. At night.. even past 10pm- kids were yelling and running down the halls the entire duration of our stay which is very unfortunate as the hotel overall value is great but because of this- next time, I would just pay the extra money to stay elsewhere that does not allow this.

The evening front desk attendant was amazing, so kind, polite and informative. The room smelled like dirty socks, carpet was extremely dirty and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. The Sunday morning front desk was not friendly.

Willie at the front desk was possibly the nicest, friendliest person I’ve ever encountered at a hotel front desk. He took care of all my needs while I was there. This man needs to be paid. Team members like this make a name for a hotel
