Hôtel propre et bien situé

Nous sommes arrivés à 12.10h , 10€ à donner après minuit .Hôtel difficile à trouver , il faut trouver la plaque de l’immeuble, heureusement il y a un gardien à l’intérieur de l’immeuble qui vous indique l’étage . L’hôtel est situé juste en face du vieux château , à 2 pas des bateaux pour les îles . Le lit était super confortable , chambre neuve ( refaite début 2019) très propre avec tout le nécessaire ( même des pantoufles) . Petit déjeuner correct . Il y a une machine nespresso et un frigo dans la chambre Personnel très sympathique. Rapport qualité prix , super .

Escroquerie italienne

Le premier jours l’arrivée dans la suite junior que ma fiancée et moi avions réservé s’est passé parfaitement le personnel souriant etcétéra, à notre réveil le lendemain matin on vient toquer à ma porte en me demandant de me présenter à la réception car il y aurait « un problème avec ma chambre », à mon arrivée à la réception on m apprend que mon jacuzzi fait apparemment des fuites et on me change de chambre en me donnant une petite chambre avec une télé qui ne fonctionnait pas, le lendemain de cette nouvelle chambre je croise une famille entrant dans l’ancienne chambre qui était encore en réservation active sur mon compte et pour laquelle je n’avais pas été remboursé et j’entends même le jacuzzi qui fonctionne. Lorsque je descends demander des explications aux deux sœurs qui gèrent l’hôtel elles ne savent pas quoi répondre et comprennent que leur arnaque est démasquée, elle avaient enfaite loué la chambre à une autre famille probablement plus chère alors que nous l’avions réservé et payé ! Grosse arnaque du jamais vue dans l’hôtellerie parfait si vous souhaitez vous faire escroquer à des kilomètres de chez vous !

보통 숙박을 예약할 때 가장 먼저 고려하는 세 평점과 사진인데 이 호텔은 멋진 전망과 월풀까지 있고 카프리에 가기 편해 예약했는데 사진은 구라고 예야한 방 2개도 떨어진 다른 건물로 주고 게다가 올려져 있는 연락처로 전화하니 다른 연락처 알려주고 48시간 전에 확인 전화도 줘야 하고 이번 여행의 마지막을 휴양겸 잡은 남부인데 완전 기분잡침. 사진 바꾸지 않으면 사기꾼이란 소릴 들어도 마땅함. 절대 비추

Soggiorno di 2 notti: Camera bella e spaziosa con vista Maschio Angioino e mare, ottima TV ma un po di rumore a causa della caldaia posta esternamente. Bagno ampio ma privo di appendini per gli asciugamani ed è scomodo l'accesso alla doccia (incastrata tra il lavandino e la vasca). Personale molto gentile, ma sono rimasto veramente stupito nel sentirmi chiedere il saldo del pernotto (spiego: una delle due notti era stata pagata riscattando 1 notte gratis tramite hotels.com e quindi avevo pagato solo 1 delle due notti oltre accessori; il personale alla reception aveva istruzioni di chiedere il saldo per la notte "free" ma fortunatamente avevo con me la ricevuta e quindi oggi dubbio è stato rapidamente risolto). Le stanze sono in un palazzo privo di citofono od ogni altra indicazione utile per i clienti affinché possano avvisare il personale dell'Hotel di aprire loro il portone (in pratica, consiglio di tenere a portata di mano il telefono per contattarli). Infine è necessario portare qualche moneta da 10 cent. perché, durante i giorni feriali ed in orari diurni, si deve pagare l'ascensore (anche più volte, qualora faccia fermate intermedie: tenete presente che le camere sono al sesto piano).

Bella sorpresa

Appartamento molto ben curato. Anche il servizio è di qualità. La colazione la portano in camera all'ora concordata. La qualità della colazione è accettabile. La camera è moderna lussuosa e confortevole, il bagno con la vasca idromassaggio molto pulito moderno e nuovo.
