This hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean and the amenities are great. The 24 hour store is convenient. The negatives, it’s close to the airport but over an hour by train into the city. There really isn’t anything near the hotel other than a nice mall. The store doesn’t sell any medication, like aspirin or Tylenol or cough medicine. My wife got ill and it cost me $100 taxi ride to and from drug store. Overall a very nice hotel

Shuttle bus service

The overall stay was very good. The only low point I had was with the shuttle bus to the airport. The driver was very rude. He kept indicating my luggage without explanation but was getting frustrated that I didn't know what he wanted me to do with it. Finally, he yelled at me to just put it down. I was shocked by the way he addressed me as I was doing my best to follow what he was trying to communicate. He asked me what terminal I was going to and when I asked for a moment to get that information, he demanded again and then turned to his coworker and said "She doesn't know the terminal." in a very belittling way. His tone and manners changed eventually but not soon enough to help me recover from the shock of being treated so rudely. I understand that getting travelers to the airport on time can be a stressful position especially when communication is an issue, but kindness is free and translates across languages.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Narita. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—just what I needed after a long flight. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the free airport shuttle made getting to and from the airport easy. One of the highlights was the small store inside the hotel—it was incredibly convenient and had everything you might need, plus some truly great souvenirs. While the hotel’s restaurants weren’t particularly impressive and there aren’t many food options nearby, the overall experience was still excellent. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing, no-stress stop near Narita Airport.
