Extremely helpful staff. Beautiful property. Quick free shuttle to/from Airport. Only negative was the buffet breakfast. It was tired looking. Not much variety. Juice ran out and wasn’t replaced. No fresh brewed coffee. Limited choices in comparison to other Hotels we stayed at in Asia. Overall. Very good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room itself was outdated, and the bathroom had a strong sewage smell. We also discovered multiple cockroaches in the room. We didn’t notice these issues when we arrived since we were only staying one night and leaving the next morning. Additionally, tissue had been stuffed into the peephole by a previous guest and had not been removed, which we only realized the morning we left. I took photos documenting everything. While I understand that the occasional bug can happen, finding several in the room was unacceptable. Had we noticed the issues upon arrival, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. At $250 per night, the room was absolutely not worth the price. The shuttle service was a plus, but aside from that, we would not return.

Staffs are great! Great breakfast buffet, has a lot of good choices to choose from. Love the free shuttle bus to and from airport and to and from hotel to train station and shopping mall. Great amenities! Will definitely stay again for next trip!

Lovely hotel for an overnight layover. Room was very clean and hotel staff were super friendly. The bonus is having the 7-eleven near the lobby for late snacks and if you needed more, there is another bigger location that is a short walk away. Loved the breakfast spread as they had a little something for everyone. Bonus is the airport shuttle that runs every 30 mins and takes about 20 mins to or from the airport.
