-No parties of any kind are allowed on this property. If any rules are violated, you will be vacated immediately. You will forfeit all monies
-Strict Quiet Time is between 9PM and 7AM every day of the week. -6 guests are incl in nightly rate. Addl. guests are $50 each/ night added to rate.
