Beautifully Decorated 4 Bedroom Home in Quiet Cul De Sac

15 minutes from the airport, approximately 25 minutes from downtown Nashville, and 10 minutes from Long Hollow State Park - this beautiful home is the perfect place to host family and friends during your stay in Nashville.


This home has two stories. The main level has all of your common areas such as a family room, fully equipped kitchen (Keurig, pots, pans, mixing bowls, dishes, utensils, microwave, toaster, and toaster oven, etc.) and dining room. The family room has a flat screen Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a large fenced-in backyard.

Bedrooms:
All four bedrooms are upstairs and do not have TVs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. Two bedrooms have full size beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twin size beds.

Bathrooms:
The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a walk in shower and huge tub.
There is an additional full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs.

Additional Info:
Parking: There is room for 2 cars in the driveway and additional parking on the street. There is no access to the garage.

This property has a security camera (outside above the garage) that monitors the front of the house.

Guests will have access to the entire home (with the exception of the garage) during their stay.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

My 3 friends and I stayed here after the Cyndi Lauper concert in Nashville. There was plenty of room for all of us. Note: If you like ice, buy a bag. They have a tiny ice maker. Great decor.

Wir waren vier Freunde, die sich fĂŒr vier Tage Nashville und Umgebung anschauen wollten. DafĂŒr war die Unterkunft super gelegen. Alles war sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefĂŒhlt. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wonderful stay in music city

Was a wonderful house, neat and very well maintained. Street was a bit narrow with cars parked on both sides up the whole street but by no means has anything to do with the home owner; more just a heads up. Was an easy commute to Nashville and surrounding attractions

Easy check in and out!

Our stay was easy and the hosts were accommodating! We enjoyed the little touches of snacks, toiletries, and even cute welcome gifts! The kids loved the toy guitars. The neighborhood was a little farther than we expected from downtown but if you are good with driving then this is a great option! The neighbors were out and up late but were respectful of their noise level which we appreciated!

Wonderful property & owners!

Camille was a pleasure to rent from for our bachelorette trip! She left us sweet presents, had everything we would need, and was very communicative! The power went out in the neighborhood (totally random and out of anyone’s control) and Camille worked hard to find us a second place to stay. Just a truly kind person! Awesome weekend

We had an awesome time going to Nashville walking around seeing sll the bars. Carriage ride was great. The house was very nice my boyfriend never stayed in a rental house he loved it that we all had the whole house. Thank you for the coasters that was so nice.

Friends 50

Group of six of us came down to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The house was as described. Our host had a birthday cake and small gifts for us all waiting. She was easy to communicate with and often asked if we needed anything. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Thoughtful Hostess

We really enjoyed our stay at Camille’s beautiful home. Communication with the hostess was excellent. The home was very spacious and clean. We took Uber to go down town and the drive was about 30 minutes. Since I had mentioned that we were a group of high school friends getting together to celebrate our friend’s recovery from chemo, Camille left a very thoughtful welcoming gift for my friend with a beautiful card and also left beautiful gifts for the other girls. It really touched our hearts. We will definitely recommend this house to our friends. All the best, Camille.

Birthday weekend

We had a great time celebrating my girlfriends birthday with family. Spent the daylight hours in Nashville just hung out playing cards against humanity in the evening. The communication between Camille and myself was great, even reached out to see if we needed anything while we were there.Camille left little gifts for our guest and a little something special for the birthday girl.. I would definitely stay here again.

Extremely Thoughtful Hosts

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The home is very spacious, communication with the host was excellent. They checked to ensure everything was going well during my stay. I was in town for my son’s baby shower. I walked into the property to be greeted with a gift the host had left for the expectant parents as well as the baby. The host even left welcoming gifts for everyone in my party. That was above and beyond what is required in a host and really touched my heart. I will most definitely look to stay in this property again in the future.

Great property, great host

This was the best host yet that I've experienced since staying in vacation homes. She was very responsive to questions I had. Even checked in to make sure everything was going ok. There were 7 of us in the house and the house was perfect size for us! Plenty of linens and cleaning supplies. House was in a cul-de sac and even the neighbors were friendly. Would highly recommend.

Family Thanksgiving

The pictures on line do not do this house justice. The home is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and alot of electrical appliances including washer/dryer and dishwasher. It was absolutely perfect!! Communicating with the host of the property was excellent!! She stayed in communication with me to ask if there was anything she could do for us. We couldn't have asked for a better home to have our family reunion in. Everyone had a great time and I will definitely rent this home from her again in the near future!!
