Fun Nashville place!

The place was super fun & accommodated our group well. Decor is amazing & super modern vibe. We did notice it needs a good deep cleaning- lots of spider webs, hair, crumbs in corners, dusty baseboards, etc but all main areas pretty clean. Two suggestions for the master bedroom- there was nowhere to put our clothes, bags
.no dresser, table, etc to set your stuff and no closet to hang your clothes. Luckily, we didn’t need the couch in there so we folder it down and just laid our stuff along the couch but had to use the other bedroom to hang our clothes. The only other thing was the curtains. Blackout curtains would really be nice in the bedrooms. When the sun came up at 6am or so/ it was SO bright in the bedrooms
.but maybe got us out of bed sooner Manager/owner was super fast to get back with us when we had questions while there. He responded very quickly & got us taken care of. The booking process and the check in/out process was flawless. Area was nice and very close to anything we wanted to do. I would recommend this property.

Cozy Condo

We had an amazing stay at City Haven: Cozy Townhouse. This place was the perfect home base for exploring the city. It’s super clean, stylishly decorated, and had all the comforts of home—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfy beds and great amenities.The location couldn’t be better—just a quick ride to downtown Nashville, and close to awesome restaurants, live music, and fun neighborhoods. It felt like we were right in the middle of everything, but still had a peaceful, quiet space to come back to at the end of the day.One unexpected bonus? The place had amazing backdrops for selfies and group photos—the lighting and dĂ©cor made every snap Insta-worthy, which is always a plus!The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into the details—everything was well-organized, check-in was smooth, and they even had local recommendations ready to go. We loved relaxing in the cozy living room and appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, great water pressure, and plenty of space for our group.Would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Nashville. Highly recommend!

Great space

We came for spring break to tour several colleges in Nashville. This location was an easy Uber ride to where we needed to be (or a very long walk). The layout of rooms was perfect. Everything was clean. Only downside was that it was very hard to find when we got there. Very confusing.

A Stopover in Nashville

We were passing through and wanted to spend a day in Nashville and this location worked well for that. The description and pics are accurate of this property. I found the host very responsive and check-in was efficient. The property was also clean with all necessary amenities. Due to these facts, it deserves 5 stars. Other observations of the property include the following. 1. Google Maps doesn't identify the exact location of the property, it is actually "behind" the condos on 26th Ave., so we spent a good 10 minutes walking around the block trying to find it!2. The neighborhood, as of March 2025 is seemingly in a transition phase: there are plenty of other new condos, a coffee shop, and a Thai restaurant...but if you were to take a walk to the north of the property, there are some rougher properties that I am not sure I would want to walk through at night. To be clear, we never felt threatened, the parking lot is well lit, but if you enjoy walking to "see the area," perhaps go elsewhere.3. As mentioned in other comments, to see any of the local attraction, a ride is required. Even Centennial Park is hard to walk to despite it being less than a mile away.All this to say, the property is as advertised, the owner was very responsive, and my family had an overall nice stay in Nashville here.

Quick Trip to Nashville

We enjoyed our stay for a quick trip to Nashville. The location was easy to get downtown, close to the Parthenon and Vanderbilt. There was plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5. The property manager was easy to communicate with. The kitchen chairs needed tightening and they fixed quickly. Shampoo conditioner and soaps smelled nice. They had a deip coffee maker which is a must for us! The condo could use a good deep cleaning.

We had a wonderful stay in the townhouse. Loved the decor and finishes. Location was ideal for easily reaching the city. Plenty of free parking (which is an issue in other parts of Nashville). Owners/managers were very responsive, communicative and helpful.

Girls Trip

My best friend and our daughters thoroughly enjoyed our stay at City Haven. The condo exceeded our expectations and we felt very safe. Downtown was just a short Uber ride away. Communication with the hosts was excellent and we did not have any issues during our stay.

Perfect in every way!!
