Room in great clean condition. The hotel location is somewhat of a let down as the surroundings do not appear safe to walk at night. If you are looking for a place to come for games , this fits the bill as it is close to the stadium. Take advantage of the available hourly shuttle to go downtown. All in all , good place

Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The staff was friendly and professional and the room was clean. There was a limited breakfast for around $13 and no restaurants in walking distance. Did not eat breakfast. The hotel is next to the freeway with off and on ramps and we heard traffic noise all night. Also, not a big deal, but the the top sheet was on upside down.

Staff was supportive but the room was neglected. It just wasn’t as clean as it could be. There was a massive stain in the bath tub due to water collecting in the bottom of the tub. There also were hairs that weren’t ours and a smell of urine in the bathroom. I was hoping for better.

The front desk worker was fantastic she was very clear on everything and very sweet. The room was 212 and it had a bad odor and some weird stains on the carpet. Everything was stocked and ready to go just the smell and the stains unfortunately.

Overall, the hotel was great. The staff was polite and helpful. The shuttle was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was clean and appeared to be well-maintained. My only complaint is the bed was hard and felt like a very inexpensive model. It creaked when we moved and you cpuld feel the springs. At least add a big fat pillow topper to help.
