Unfortunately, there was a concert that was so loud we didn't sleep until after midnight the first night, so the rooms have no insulation for noise. However, Trinity at the front desk was excellent

We were not happy that there was no pre-notification of an AC-DC concert at the adjacent stadium, which eliminated the downtown shuttle service. This caused us to pay an extra 40 dollars for a cab, who couldn’t get through the closed roads, when the concert finished.

GREAT STAFF!

Staff is amazing here! Very friendly and efficient. We came for a concert and the concert was delayed to the following day due to weather. The team handled the situation like champs. Jordan and Madeline at the bar, served everyone with a smile and worked very hard to get everyone what they wanted timely!
