Loved our trip to Nashville. Owner was very responsive & great. Unit was a little smaller than anticipated but had everything we needed and enough space. We thought it would be a nicer walk to Broadway (lots of construction about) so didn’t end up doing that.

We traveled with friends and had a wonderful trip. The place was beautiful, clean, and the host responded very quickly. It’s only a 12‑minute walk to downtown, Nissan Stadium. We definitely plan to return to enjoy even more of what we missed the first time.

The property is an ideal location to walk to Nissan Stadium and the baseball field. Communication with the property owner was exceptional- Tim was marvelously responsive to a couple of concerns which he worked very hard to resolve. While there were some issues. I have to say that he worked diligently to resolve them. We appreciated the location close to the stadium as well as the convenience of getting there from the airport. Also the free and plentiful parking is a huge bonus, especially close in Nashville.

Host was wonderful, set up entry, answered emails, accommodated early entry, etc.Parking was available and easy access.Location is close to downtown and if younger and a party crowd, would be great. We are older and were going to a wedding as well as checking out Nashville and would not have walked to town - didn't feel completely safe.Some furniture needs updating - 2nd bedroom bed and couch in living room...lighting not good - lamp in 2nd bedroom wasn't working. Plug outlets falling off wall and plugs would not stay in the wall - loose. Could definitely use a better cleaning service. Floor sticky and balcony had cob webs and lots of bugs. If I could have found a broom, I would have used it. Loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the boats go by, but would have been better if cleaned.Had coffee maker and coffee available - loved that.All in all, pretty good.

This property was very well-maintained. It is very accessible to Broadway. Tim was an amazing host. He permitted us to drop off our bags early and leave them at the property for a few hours while we toured Nashville before our departure. We met the cleaning woman when we got there and she gave us suggestions on where to go, upon our inquiry. We would definately recommend this gem!

Nice spot nearby downtown

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice that parking was readily available and free. Walk to downtown was fairly easy but we did take an Uber one evening coming home late. Would stay here again.

The overall experience was fine, but I could hear everything above me. Location worked for us. We did have a car for other purposes but really didn't need it. 10 min. Uber ride or even an electric scooter. Really only slept there, didn't cook but full kitchen with supplies.

Nice Place To stay

Clean place. Loved sitting on Balcony in morning it overlooks the River. Five of us fit very comfortably. Walked to downtown Nashville in morning used Lyft in evening. Cost of Lyft around 7 Would definitely stay at this place again.
