The property and staff were absolutely wonderful. Staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and well apportioned. We’ve never had any issues with the Holiday Inn. The only issue we had was with the company that the property uses for in-room dining called “Order Inn”. They promised a 45 minute delivery. Two hours later we still did not receive it. We called the customer service line and complained. Thirty minutes later still nothing. We called again and they said the driver left it outside of our door at our hotel….30 minutes prior…..without even knocking or texting that it was at the door. The entire order was WRONG! They need a better vendor. But the hotel and staff itself was wonderful.

We loved staying here! Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety. The pool was clean and a decent size. We were located very close to the Opry, Gaylord, and Opry Mills. We didn’t hear noise from other guests all weekend but we did hear noise from the bars up the street (not a big deal). We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay.

I was in Nashville for my granddaughters choir concert. From the moment I walked.. the customer service was beyond my expectations. The towels shaped like swans and the toilet paper folded like a bow was not expected but I loved it. Next time I am traveling I will choose a Holiday Inn Express.
