The hotel was decent but had a few problems. Only one of three elevators worked which caused a wait and crowded elevator. The valet parking was on a side street so in the rain you got wet and one night I arrived and they told me they were out of spaces so we had to find public parking . Getting the charge removed was some effort. The staff was amazing and friendly and one person even lent us her personal umbrella for the rain The every other day housekeeping left us out of coffee and cups and washcloths. ( I was able to get them at the front desk ) Gym was dated and worn with only one dirty mat Hotel was very walkable to broadway and restaurant

Only 1 elevator worked so wait times With luggage were very long near checkout and check in. Dresser in room was broken drawers would not push in or out. Very few plugs worked in the room - Hard to charge electronics. Breakfast was good to be included and the staff was friendly.

Clean but unsafe place. Every car parked on their lot in valet had their windows broken out and stuff stolen. 60.00 to park their over night and they do not keep it secure. The manager said it happens all the time.

This hotel was very nice and a great location. It was very walkable to Broadway. The staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. They had a large selection and it was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

I thought the breakfast options were fantastic! Every employee we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful! Jay with the valet parking was especially great! He told us our options with absolutely not pressure and recommended spots for us to eat since it was pretty late and we were starving. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice and clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Just don't let valet tell you its ok to park in adjacent lot until he can get your car moved even with handicap placard. Just received a ticket in the mail for $100.

I didn’t get the room I registered and paid for. They tried to blame it on booking through a 3rd party vendor with different room descriptions. I double checked everything and the room descriptions are the same on your site as theirs. Then they said they didn’t have that type of room available. They should have upgraded at that point not down graded. I would not have stayed with them if it wasn’t for your platform.
