Stayed at this location to catch a concert in Nashville and was beyond impressed by how clean and comfortable this Hyatt was. The staff was incredibly kind , welcoming and helpful . We LOVED our view and the comfortable beds. We will absolutely stay at this location for our next trip to Nashville ♡ !

Five stars

Easy walk to Broadway, coffee shop across the street. A fun little rooftop, pool and bar. Great selection at breakfast. Electric bikes and scooters are parked everywhere. Bed was super comfortable. The view was amazing. Loved having a covered parking. We had a fantastic time. This is one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in.

Pretty decent hotel with a decent full breakfast which included lots of fruit! But all hot food was cheapest possible foodservice option. We had one small issue with our room but they gave us no trouble in moving us. Parking price is pretty steep, but SOP for downtown Nashville.

The room is new, well kept and spacious. The receptionists were very friendly and prompt. Convenient location to Vanderbilt and downtown. The only drawback is its high parking fee ($40 per night), but it seems to be a standard charge among Nashville downtown/midtown hotels.

My review

Thhe toilet leaked around the base in room #1106. The shower had mold in the crevices. The soiled laundry bag was too small. The food was great. A room key necessary to use the elevator was a bit much. The prices on the snacks was ehhorbatant ($4.00 for a small bag of chips?).

I would have given this property a 4 star review, but at time of check in, the front desk tells me that their pet fee is $100 and not the $75 that is listed on Expedia. Kind of started the stay out a little sour. The property is fine, but noisy at night with people coming back late from the clubs/scene.
