This is a penthouse loft with a loft Layout. It offers 1 bedroom, with open loft bed area. 1.5 bath and a lounge area with pullout bed.

This a secure private building with key code access. Very safe and centrally located to all that Downtown Nashville has to offer.

The family room is comfortably furnished and features a 70” LED TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities such as stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher & Keurig coffee maker. Tired of eating out? Grab what you need at the urban grocery around the corner and create your own private feast. All Wolfgang Puck pots, pans and utensils provided.

Lofts at 212 is perfectly located directly on 3rd Ave just 1.5 steps to Printer’s Alley, 2 blocks to Broadway & the Honky Tonk District, 3 blocks to Tennessee Performing Arts Center & 5th Ave Arts District, 4 blocks to the Bridgestone Arena & Nashville Symphony Bldg, 6 blocks to the new Convention Center. Just a 5 minute walk across the bridge to a Titans game makes this the perfect choice for a football weekend. So many of Nashville’s other hotspots are also close by. The Gulch, Germantown, East Nashville, Demonbreun/Midtown, Music Row, West End/Vanderbilt & Hillsboro Village are all a short drive or quick cab ride away. Also we include one role of toilet paper in each bathroom and also one role of paper towels to get you started.

Perfect place to book for the 4th of July!!! We watched the fireworks IN THE AIR CONDTIONING from the livingroom windows. They were directly across the street. Loft was clean and as pictured & described. Location right downtown within walking distance to everything. Would definitely book again!

We stayed to celebrate New Years. Perfect location!!! So close to everything fun. The place had a great vibe for young adults. We thought one full bathroom would be more of a challenge than it was. We kept to a shower schedule and it was fine.

Location location but doesn’t sleep more than 6!

The location is everything
. Literally 2 blocks from Broadway. Bill and Michael are very kind and helpful! The only thing I will say negative is this place DOES NOT SLEEP MORE THAN 6! There are only 6 actual beds. The pullout couch is broken and appears that a repair was attempted in the past with wood pieces. Michael did provide us a very nice air mattress when we brought it to his attention that the pullout was broken. When I asked him about the description saying it sleeps up to 12 where the others would sleep he said on air mattresses. Only having ONE SHOWER is a real issue. There were 8 adults on our stay and only 1 shower was problematic. But again
the location is perfect!

Perfect Downtown Spot!!!

This was a great property for a couple of nights in Nashville! You are right there- a couple of blocks from whatever you want to do! Michael was an amazing host- thank you! Played a lot of pool on the pool table! Would recommend!

Fantastic

This is the best house on the peninsula. We stayed before the new owners bought it and the new owners did a great job on updating the house. It was nice before, but they really added some great touches. I highly recommend it.

Property was perfect distance from Broadway and all the bars. We had a great time and really appreciated the hosts hospitality. He helped us out with great recommendations and was easy to get a hold of whenever we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again it was amazing.

4th of July in Nashville

Perfect location. Able to walk to everything on broadway. Walked back and forth to get out of the 90 degree heat to relax. Parked in garage attached to rental as suggested by Michael the host. Great communication and he was there when we arrived. First time in Nashville and he suggested areas to see. Property exactly like the photos. Plenty of space and family enjoyed pool table. Would highly suggest this property.

Great Place Close to Broadway

Our family went to celebrate our twins' 21st birthday and the penthouse loft apartment was perfect. We had no issues with check-in or check-out and communication and instructions were good. There was a liquor store on the corner and a convenience store down the street where we got most of our at "home" needs. Five minute walk to Broadway, quick drive to airport. No need for a car here... Thanks so much for sharing your place for our special celebration!

Great find, awesome location & close to Broadway! Checking in w property manager ( Michael ) was seamless, he was very accommodating and responsive in our communications 100%. Our party of ten had plenty of room to move about, play pool and fooz ball quite comfortably and we all rested quite well too. Would most definitely return !!!

Great location and stay!

This property was perfect for the amount of people we had attending for our first Nashville trip. At first I was worried about sleeping arrangements and only one shower, but we ended up having 0 issues with either! The walk to Broadway is so convenient that we didn't have to spend money on any uber's. The owner was very relaxed and easy to get in touch with/accessible if we needed anything.I highly recommend staying here!
