Affordable stay

I was in the same hotel 7 years ago, liked it then and like it now. Funny I was in the same exact room this trip too.

I tried calling 3 times the day of my arrival to see if I could check in early. Was put on hold every time and no one came back to my call. I arrived 30 min before check in time and was told I'd be charged a fee for early check in or I could wait. I was then told I had to give a $60 CASH deposit. I received a message the day before saying it was a $50 credit card charge. I finally agreed to the cash deposit because she said it would be 10 days before I'd get the refund on my card. Not friendly.

The hotel it’s self wasn’t bad, we stayed before a very early flight from bna but were never informed the hot tub didn’t work, and when we went to step in it it was absolutely disgusting the water clarity was gross and it just smelled off. The beds weren’t to our liking but honestly I feel that’s personal preference the place was relatively clean on the inside but there seems to be a somewhat riff raffy area around some sketchy folks you could say but it didn’t feel necessarily unsafe, we were comfortable enough to walk to a local vape shop to grab something that was about a half mile or so away. All in all 3/5 in our opinion I’d probably stay again just for a place to sleep before a flight that takes off really early but not as a vacation destination

Hot tub was broken and ice cold. No breakfast when checking out at 10am except for some cereal crumbs on the empty counter. Elevator missing a button. Bathroom door had obviously been kicked in and did not close since the bolt was no longer in the door. $60 deposit preferred in cash (the Expedia email stated it was $50) that with a credit card they stated would take a week to come off. Staff was friendly at check in and check out but the hotel needs serious work.

Room had strange odor to it. Unsure if room had been cleaned. Breakfast was very sparce. Pool was warmer than hot tub. Was rudely informed about check in time was 4:00 when I attenpted to check in for 5 night stay.

Manager lo, gone hote hotel going down

My experience at the hotel was okay I've noticed that the hotel is picking back up the manager of the hotel had quit and it looks like Miss lo has returned when she was absent I noticed everything falling apart it wasn't being clean like it was supposed to things wasn't getting done and I had asked where was she at and they said she had quit but I see she is back now so whatever happened to miss low y'all need to keep her cuz she keeps your hotel at a five-star rating for me and I'm a very OCD person I notice a lot but she keeps everything in order and clean this time my shower curtain was broken and my toilet seat broken but overall it's all a 4.7 hotel keep Mrs. Lol in there and you will be a 5 Star hotel She a good person every time I come to Nashville to work cuz I'm a traveling nurse I always see her doing something and greeting the customers and keeping it clean that's what I like about a manager greeting the customers making sure everything gets done so if you don't want bad ratings or reports of bad hotel that you need to keep Miss lo as manager.

Non-Recommendable Hotel

The trip from the beginning shouted red flags. Staff was friendly, but SUPER hard to understand. Acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. Got our room key to be given a room that was already occupied. TALK ABOUT EMBARRASSING TO WALK INTO. Went back down to not even get a sincere apology since they clearly thought the room was empty. Was given a new room that smelled, was dirty, had stained sheets, food crumbs up and down hallways. People smoking weed and it smelled terrible. No shampoo/conditioner provided, no makeup towels, no cups for coffee or a coffee pot in rooms. Pushed through the stay only to get up at 6:30 and for breakfast to be wiped out by 7am. I mean there was NOTHING. Even the juices GONE. The location was close to airport but overall the stay was non-enjoyable. Unless you don’t care about cleanliness, provided essentials like most hotels offer, and breakfast, I don’t recommend staying here.
