A Gem!

The Dahl House is truly charming and special. Beautifully decorated and well appointed with anything and everything we needed. The location is fantastic. Waking distance to Main Street. Communication with Nanci was stellar throughout the process. We highly recommend the Dahl House to all future guests and will plan to stay again next time we are in town.

There were many things to love about this property. Location was ideal as we could walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Franklin. It was a quiet and beautiful street. There were a couple friendly cats wandering around. The beds were comfortable and the house was adorable. Listening to the birds in the morning on the front porch was perfect! On the other hand, there were a few things that might make me question booking this for a second time. According to the intense information posted for checking in, we knew to not mess with the living room lights (as they're connected to Alexa). The house is three bedrooms yet is oddly advertised as a two bedroom...that sleeps eight. The third bedroom is open, so when our friend couldn't make sleeping on the couch (with the lights on because of the Alexa connected lights) work for her, she used the third bedroom. I'm happy to pay for what we used, but the quirks that got us there were unnecessary. In the end, would I stay here again?? Probably

Wedding in Leipers Fork, TN

Stayed two nights in June 2024 while in town for a wedding in nearby Leipers Fork. Had great communication with the owner. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen very functional. The only issue we ran into was that there wasn't DirecTV or any cable TV. WiFi didn't work very well either. Neither was a big issue for us though.

Wonderful Home!!!

We LOVED our stay at the Dahl House! The home itself is charming, lots of character, and perfectly clean. The front porch swings and Adirondack chairs were a big hit and we hung out there a lot. The kitchen is new, but classic and staying with the look of the home. The location just can’t be beat. We walked a lot while staying there. The Franklin square is one block over. Can’t say enough about this place! I left some of our clothes hanging on the back of the bedroom door and Nanci was great about helping me get them back. Highly recommend the Dahl House!!
