Getting Around:
The Crescendoâs main entrance and parking are located on 16th Ave (Music Row), a one-way street in the heart of Nashvilleâs Music Row. The building sits on the right-hand side of the street, directly across from Adorn Wedding Dresses and just before The Well Coffeehouse and Silver Fox Coffeeâmaking it easy to spot when arriving. Guests have access to an on-site gated parking garage, as well as additional parking spaces in the alley behind the building. EV charging stations are available in that alley, and there is access to the buildingâs pool from that alley as well. Rideshares are readily available in this area, and Broadway, Vanderbilt, and Belmont are just a short drive away.

â Possible Daytime Noise from Nearby Constructionâ
Please note that there is an active construction project in the surrounding area. Work typically takes place during standard daytime hours (approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday), and you may experience some intermittent noise during this time. While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure full transparency so you can plan accordingly. Evenings, nights, and weekends are generally quiet.
â Amenities & Building Facilitiesâ
Guests have access to the buildingâs shared amenities and common areas. While we promptly notify the HOA or building management of any issues, we do not control the cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability of these shared spaces and cannot guarantee specific amenities will be available at all times.
â Smoke-Free Home & Communityâ
In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit or any common areas. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.
â Supplies & Essentialsâ
We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.
â Families & Baby Gearâ
Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play and baby gate (in homes with stairs) available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.
â Maintenance & Repairsâ
Each property is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure systems and appliances are functioning properly. If you experience any maintenance issue during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve it promptly; however, repair timelines may depend on vendor and contractor availability.
â Building Access & Trash Roomsâ
The lobby and mail room are located on ground level, with all units situated on the floors above the lobby. Guests can access the units via stairs or elevator. A trash room is available on every unit level and located next to the elevators on the left-hand side for convenient waste disposal during your stay.
â Luggage Storageâ
Complimentary luggage storage is available in the Crescendo Mail Room, located in the lobby. Storage is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that this area is accessible to all guests, owners, and mail carriers. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Absolutely the best location for the SCI conference. The condo was amazing, clean, all the amenities , quiet and the beds so comfortable ! I also just loved the decor - very chic yet comfortable. Definitely be back !
As advertised. Clean, comfortable and a great location on Music Row, far enough away from downtown. Host was very responsive. The only reason I didnât give 5 stars, is there were no pots to use on the stove. Would definitely stay again!
Great location. Clean and super fun decor. Would certainly stay again. Parking in a garage, good security in place. Felt safe day and night walk around our area. Tailgate bar was up the street 5 minute walk. Easy and great bar and food!
Absolutely wonderful. Perfect spot for our girls getaway for a 50th bday. Even cuter in person than the photos. Super clean, great building, accessible hosts. Would definitely stay there again.
Beautiful space and perfect for a family of four and grandparents! We enjoyed walking to the Well for breakfast each morning. The host was very accommodating and quickly responds to questions! The pool was perfect for the slow mornings. We were within walking distance to many fun spots! I would stay here again!
This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four! We love the fact that each bedroom had its own private bathroom, and thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities the property offered. We also loved being only a short Uber ride from all that Downtown Nashville had to offer, while finding peace & quiet at night! Our host was also amazing at keeping in touch & answering questions for us before, during, & after our stay! Highly recommend The Optimist at H&O Nashville!
