Lay back and relax in your lounge chairs on the grass and listen to the pool waterfalls sweep you into a state of relaxation. Take your party to the roof top deck for a night cap or yard games surrounded by Miami style furnishings that make any party posh!

The space

Soaring 10 foot ceilings, 3 floors with bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Master suite with double sided fire place and soaking tub. Gourmet kitchen. Indoor grill area with 4 chandeliers turning the hallway into gourmet glamor. 4’ Double sliders that open over the tranquil pool and sunning area. The 3rd floor opens onto a artificial grassed rooftop yard on half of the space and deck with Miami style sofa and table and chair set. Watch a movies under the stars or play a game of giant yard Yahtzee! Do it undisturbed in your own private house just 2 miles from broadway. A 35 foot glass enclosed staircase will take your breath away as the multi floor chandelier glistens inviting you to explore multiple floors.

Head out poolside and take an insta photo or Snapchat under our giant Nashville sign that finished off the pool/courtyard area.

Need a getaway from your guests? Grab a book and relax on the front porch in the custom Carolina hanging bed.

This is luxury that will have you begging to just stay home.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal and plan a dinner party for 12 people. The bedroom, bathrooms, and showers are presented as a boutique hotel with towels, soap, bath bombs, bath salts, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Pool towels.

The rooftop has lounge chairs, outdoor sectional, a table, yard dice, and corn hole. That are available to guests.

After a small hiccup with our reservation that included the 5th bedroom, our stay was great! Jason did communicate very well and actually came over to the house to do the best he could for the situation on night 1. My group enjoyed the beautiful home which we stayed in for the New Year and our friends wedding. Car services are SO easy to get and affordable! We never had any issues with the neighborhood. We definitely all came in at differently hours of the night and it was very quiet and totally safe. Although we love you provide cable, it would be HUGE to allow WiFi thru the televisions so we can use different apps. There were ALOT of football games on and we had to use our phones or a friend brought us a fire stick one of the days . Overall great house, decor, comfortable and good communication from the host!

The house, location and communication with owner were all unbeatable. The space was large and clean. Though we weren’t at the house much and didn’t cook, we certainly could have. The kitchen is large, open to the surrounding rooms and well stocked. I absolutely recommend this house.

Host took away a fifth bedroom that was paid for the morning of our check in. He informed me that his wife would be staying in the room. Terrible communication before and morning of the trip. We had to scramble and find another house that accommodated the nine of us. We lost on transportation costing 200 extra because of this. We lost an entire day due to this. I cannot explain the stress and emotional distress this caused me, and the fact that I spoke to him the day before (because VRBO and myself could not get in touch with him with check in instructions) was ridiculous. VRBO insisted that we had to go to the house, even though Jason had already taken one of the rooms away. So the 200 transportation I paid to get from airport to the Vrbo was a loss. We then had to paid 300 to get different transportation to bring us to a new house. According to his email we could check in anytime after 11 AM. We arrived at house at 12:30 and the code provided would not work. We figured it was on a timer and sure enough we tried again at 1:00 and it worked. This was one of the worst and most stressful experiences I’ve ever encountered.

Property was clean and kitchen was well stocked and house was decorated fun and uncluttered. We had plenty of space for three couples. When booking we didn’t realize the property owner would be on property during our stay. It wasn’t an issue, but we didn’t expect it. The king bed in master bedroom needs replaced. It is one of the worst mattresses I’ve encountered while traveling. Luckily we had an extra bedroom so slept in extra bed. We did not feel overly safe in the neighborhood. There are some pretty run down homes and neighborhood was questionable. Walking to bar district is not feasible and likely not safe. We used rideshare for travel. The host was very accommodating and communicated great for any questions we had. Overall it was a nice rental and Nashville was a blast.

This was the perfect house for our family while we were in Nashville. The rooms were spacious, plenty of bathrooms, rooftop patio & a pool. We were close to downtown, grocery stores and restaurants. Jason was easy to contact & had helpful suggestions. Many fantastic memories were made this week!

Gorgeous, luxury home has it all!!

Pictures don't do this home justice. Elegant, boutique home in a great location near downtown. This home had every possible amenity you could ask for and then some. Jason was a wonderful host, in communication before, during and after our stay to ensure we had everything we needed for a great trip. We felt safe walking into town, though we mostly used Uber and they were always under 5 minutes away when we needed one. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

We are 9 college friends who met in Nashville. This home was a 20 minute drive to airport. Easy ubers to broadway area. Plenty to walk to in germantown. Loved the hottub. Enjoyed the fireplace and just hanging out. Would rent again when back in Nashville.

Weekend getaway

4 adult couples -plenty of space - well stocked with the essentials and lotsa extra fun surprises! Easy to find an Uber to get around as need be- and there is so much to see & do just a few miles away! Street is a mix of homes that have been upgraded/re-modeled and some in need still but area felt safe and once you step inside this home you get totally caught up in it’s fun spaces that all felt very private and comfy. Spacious clean and a very well “hosted” place!

Absolutely Stunning

I travelled to Nashville for my 50th birthday with 10 of my closest girlfriends. We are a fussy group of women that all have very high standards. There wasn’t a single person in the group with a single complaint. The location was a short ride to everywhere but just far enough away to be quiet when we needed some downtime. We all felt completely safe at all times. Jason was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would stay here again if I ever returned without a single doubt. The pictures do not give this unit justice you will not regret staying here!
