Your Property:
Located in the heart of the Gulch in downtown Nashville, Mercury View Lofts is exactly where you want to be to take advantage of all that the Music City has to offer. Situated directly across the street from Nashville's iconic Station Inn, the lofts are walking distance to a variety of restaurants and nightlife and just six blocks to the Music City Center. Continue just two blocks further to enjoy the nightlife on Broadway. The loft's convenient location will allow you to leave your car at home and explore the city on foot.

When you are spending time in the loft, we have made every effort to make sure you feel at home. This 760 SF loft features 15ft ceilings and huge windows providing beautiful natural light during the day. The loft offers a king-size bed and a queen sofa bed! We offer a SmartTV with all streaming capabilities (NO cable), high-speed wifi, and a washing machine and dryer in your unit! This particular unit is a loft, so do keep in mind the bed is not in a separate room, as it is an open floor plan.

Please note, the unit has an industrial open piping structure, which has the potential for more noise when the AC/Heat kicks on. If you are sensitive to that type of noise, let our team know! We do provide a sound machines in the bedroom, but are happy to provide ear plugs if needed as well.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire unit during their stay as well as the shared patio hall space on the fourth floor. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a unique keypad code that will serve as your keys to get into the building. You will have a code to the lock-box next to the unit, which opens and houses the keys to the unit!

Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential open air gated lot for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public lot which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. *No in-and-out privileges means if you leave the parking lot and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. At either lot, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app.

Our rental is managed by UrbanNashville Vacation Rentals. We're a small, local team that strives to make your trip to Nashville memorable. We let our guests have their space, but if needed, we are around to help and on-call 24/7. If there are any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, we encourage our guests to reach out DURING the stay, not after. We want to ensure you have a great time in Music City. → Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 4 people. There are a dishwasher and icemaker. Laundry is in the unit. There is a king bed. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.

→ Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send you info about the property and the check-in process. You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival. This code will activate on your check-in day at 4 pm and deactivate at 10 am the day you check out. You can also reference your Airbnb Itinerary for helpful info about the check-in process, House Rules, what we provide, and our contact info.

It’s a great location! It was a little worn, but comfortable. Definitely need a sound machine for sleeping due to A/C & heat system and highway noise. Very easy to get to Broadway and other fun areas of Nashville.

The Gulch property was perfect, and 15min from the hustle of the main strip of Broadway. Everything is walkable from coffee, breakfast, dinner, craft cocktails and shopping.Property was clean, and the check in and out process was simple.The industrial design as it pertains to noise was not a bother, aside from the noise made upon the ac turning on, however, overall not a bother (we weren’t there much, just to sleep and midday refresh). Property Mgmt was excellent in communication. It’s a great property.

Perfect get away

The apartment was great. Very clean, spacious, loved the large windows. The units were numbered in a nonintuitive manner, but managed just fine. All good! Initially one of the building key pads wasn't working, and I was notified in advance with work around and my access was successful! Great space and a great team to work with!
