Please note: The building is currently undergoing scheduled exterior wall renovations, including plastering and painting, as part of a planned property refresh. Work takes place Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

All renovation activity is limited to exterior areas and does not impact guest suites, access, or amenities. The private beach and swimming pool remain fully open and available for guest enjoyment, and our team takes care to minimize any disruption.

For added peace of mind, the suite is equipped with a privacy-safe Minut device that monitors noise levels and indoor conditions (decibel monitoring only — no audio recording).

*LOBBY AREA: guests must be covered when entering and leaving the lobby area for the beach or pool

*SAND: please use the outdoor shower when exiting the beach to rinse off any sand before entering the building & use the showers in the pool area to rinse off before entering the pool; please also dry off before entering the lobby

*HALLWAYS: please do not leave any shoes or bags in the hallways outside of your suite

*BEACH & POOL AREA: no glassware is allowed in these areas, please only use plastic & paper products. We also kindly ask you clean up any garbage to keep the areas clean for other guests & residents to enjoy

From our original VRBO booking request right through to departure, our stay at this beautifully renovated beachfront Condo was amazing. Our hosts, Rob, Sarah and Winnie provided exceptional service, which included a stocked fridge and pantry with a wide array of refreshing drinks, fruits, snacks and breakfast supplies. This allowed my wife and two daughters to immediately relax, just like it we were at our home. The private beach is fantastic and the proximity to Baha Mar provides great options for dining within walking distance. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.Thanks from STAR.

Great accommodations. Wonderful communications with host Sarah. Winnie is on site manager and was a fantastic host. She made us feel right at home. Fridge stocked with breakfast items, juices, milk & drinks. Fresh fruit as well. Sulgrave Manor has a long rich history. The facility is undergoing a major facelift but that had no impact on our visit. The unit we stayed in was completely renovated and totally modern with all the conveniences of home. A must stay kind of place! Great location. Can walk to many attractions, especially, Baha Mar. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect family vacation

Sulgrave manor was perfect family get away for spring break. It was close to all the things we wanted to do and see, such as horseback riding and island tours, yet private so when we wanted to get away from the masses we could easily slip back into our condo and unwind. The private beach was immaculate and we saw a string ray our very first day! Will be booking this rental again in the future.

Amazing Property!

The condo was perfect for our stay! Close to Baha Mar so you can easily enjoy their restaurants, but then escape the resort crowds and come back to a spacious condo with private beach. Best of both worlds! The condo was clean and very well stocked. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. If we come back to the Bahamas, we would want to stay here again.

Quick getaway from the cold!

Sulgrave Manor is a unique boutique vacation spot in a really wonderful location! The condo is beautifully appointed, well-stocked, and comfortable. The food already there when we arrived was far more than we expected and truly appreciated. Winnie took us on a tour and saw to any needs we had. She is a gem! Sarah's communication was excellent as well! The beach is very quiet and secluded, even though it is right next to a very busy beach! We ate at restaurants at Baha Mar three times and they were great! Also recommend Blue Sail on the water. Highly recommend this lovely condo!

We have stayed at the Baha Mar previously and did not want the hustle and bustle of a popular resort. The unit was just as described and Winnie was a real gem. She did some pre-provisioning for us which was very helpful. We also used the services of the recommended food delivery service, Kraven. Kraven was absolutely perfect since we did not have to cook ourselves or leave the wonderful unit to go to a restaurant. The unit was well stocked, had a great view, and clean.

Best Kept Gem

I wish I could gatekeep this place, but it would be selfish not to share this little slice of heaven. This condo truly felt like a home away from home. It was paradise, and the photos are completely accurate—in fact, they don't do the place or the views justice. My adult family of four stayed here and had the best vacation ever. With the oceanfront view and the private beach at your disposal, you won't want to leave. Staying next to Baha Mar made the experience even better, as we had access to their amenities without having to stay at the resort. This condo made us extremely happy with our decision not to stay at a resort, as we enjoyed a more relaxing and less crowded beach. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the unit, and they were such a tremendous family and wonderful hosts. The housekeepers were also fantastic and available anytime for anything we needed. If you're thinking about booking, think no more—just book!

This property was perfect for our recent vacation! Winnie and team did a great job of accommodating our group, even providing a charcuterie board on our arrival day! Fridge was stocked with beer and sodas, and Winnie was able to even perform a shopping task for us one day for very reasonable price! The front desk team was also great at this location, providing local recommendations and having cabs ready for us when requested. The private beach area allowed our group to enjoy the Bahamas sunshine without having to worry about fighting for chairs. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfection

My husband and I stayed at this property with another couple for 1 week. It was everything we needed and more. Impeccably clean. Thoughtful groceries left for us (over $100 of food for sure). Near immediate response time when we reached out to the host. Two bedrooms, each on one side of the property with our own bathrooms gave each couple privacy. We enjoyed our own private beach shared with no more than 4 other people at any time including a private swimming area in the ocean. There is also a private heated, lit pool with a covered seating area, bathrooms and floaties. The walk to Baha Mar is quick, 3 min or less. We were able to utilize everything at Baha Mar (restaurants, bars, pickleball, mini golf, spa, pools). It was very easy to grab a cab right outside the condo and go downtown and to the Fish Fry area to explore local restaurants. We also went to restaurants at resorts other than Baha Mar that were great. Special mention to OIA at the Goldwynn (we walked there from our condo on the beach). We felt very safe at this property and in the surrounding area. There was always a doorman at the entrance. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone. So so so glad we stayed here instead of at a resort.

Perfect Condo

We just returned from a stay at this lovely condo. As soon as we arrived we were greeted and given a short tour of the property and taken to our room. I read many glowing reviews so I expected a beautiful condo and that is what we got. The unit is so well done and every detail was covered. The charcuterie board and refrigerator with drinks and essentials we were very excited about after a long day of travel. The unit was very clean, soft towels, comfortable beds, lush robes, etc. We have stayed in many units in the US and internationally and this unit takes top prize. The weather during our stay was cold and rainy but the view from the patio still gave us a peak at the stunning water. Access to Baja Mar was a bonus. Our teenage boys spent the majority of their time taking the short walk to the hotel and utilizing the resort's amenities. I know we will be returning in the future! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Thanksgiving at the beach

The condo was is great shape and clean and spacious. Located immediately next to Baha Mar and beautiful private beach front. The pool is nice and clean and was essentially a private pool during our stay. Much more relaxing than the resort and we cooked many meals in the spacious and stocked kitchen. The staff was friendly and check in/out was easy. They had stocked the fridge for us with some food and drinks and a nice spread of meat/cheese/fruit that the kids loved. We enjoyed the views from the balcony with our morning coffee and took advantage of the easy access to the beach. The exterior and some common areas could use some updating, but the condo itself is in great shape. I would return and stay here again. My only suggestion would be to add a water service, it’s hard to bring more than a few gallons back from the grocery at a time causing us to make daily trips. Lots of thoughtful features and the kids loved the robes, slippers, and soft towels.

This property is a 10+. Best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. So many luxury upgrades! Welcome complimentary charcuterie board with a stocked fridge so we didn’t even need to go to the store. Eureka checked us in and let us know they were there for us and boy were they! The bedrooms were spacious - beds comfortable and amazing soft sheets! Robes and slippers were available. Also a sweet beach bag was left for us as a nice momento. I highly recommend this property!

Excellent Condo!

Our family loved our stay at Oceans at Sulgrave Manor! The condo was just as pictured- very nicely renovated and decorated. It was clean & comfortable. It was well appointed with everything we needed along with the awesome touch of some starter food already waiting for us! Winnie and her associate were wonderful and got us situated- brought up extra beach toys for the kids and set up a great charcuterie board upon arrival! The location was perfect- the private beach was beautiful and peaceful, and could easily walk over to Baha Mar for more action. We would definitely stay here again!

A great high school family graduation trip

After many trips to the Baha Mar proper, I decided to try close but not there, and I was thrilled with this wonderful condo. I had my recent graduate daughter, her best friend and my 14 year old son. We had plenty of room and we had a private beach to ourselves. Winnie is a delight and took care of us better than I could have ever hoped. Getting to the Baha Mar was easy and we very much had the best of both worlds. The only thing I wish I had known before hand is the pool was not usable and construction was going on all day at another part of the building. It would not have stopped the reservation, but it would have been appreciated.

Great location but did not meet expectations

Pros: exquisite decor, great location, good semi private beach, felt safe. Rob Adams and the male doorman were absolutely wonderful Cons: pool unavailable during our stay, master bedroom had a strong smoke smell, rude check out process. We have not had housekeeping at the houses and condos that we have stayed at so for that we were not anticipating. We also were not sure if Sulgrave Manor recycled so we separated our glass, plastic and aluminum refuge. It seemed to frustrate the housekeeper that we did that. We generally go to the beach in the morning, make our own lunch and then out for dinner. The 10am cleaning didn’t work for that process. I do understand that might be a benefit for others however. On the day of our departure we were planning on leaving the room at 10:45 and having our bags held while we ate lunch at BahaMar before our flight. However, at 10:15 Winnie knocked on our door and essentially encouraged us to leave. Before I knew it she was calling us a taxi to the airport and I had already set up round trip airport transportation. I have never felt so unwanted. We felt so uncomfortable that we took the taxi and got to the airport 4 hours early. It was the most abrupt end to a vacation I’ve ever had. Very bizarre experience. Again, I feel bad for writing this because Rob Adams was so nice and accommodating. It was just not a good fit for our family.

Lovely spot

Everything about this condo was perfect. The locations was fantastic with easy access to the restaurants and casino at the Baha Mar. The beach was perfect and the condo has a nice section for tenants/guests, which was also right next to the watersports activity centre which was convenient. The condo itself was clean, spacious, had a nice balcony and was fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Winnie was amazing and had the fridge stocked when we arrived with all the essentials and then did a grocery run for us on our first day. She is a lovely person. Highly recommend this spot - we will be back for sure!
