The space:
Starfish Isles at Palm Cay is a beach townhouse complex in a gated and child-friendly community located in New Providence, The Bahamas. The community offers gym, water sports, tennis courts, pickle ball, children's playground, swimming pools, beaches and marina.
The luxurious home has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms and will sleep 8.

The villa is 2,200 square foot (200 m2) on 3 floors of luxury offering several amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasurable, including free Wi-Fi high speed internet, and just steps to a beautiful beach. The villa features travertine tile floors downstairs and hand laid wood floors on the 2 upper floors.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, nice terrace, lovely décor and an en-suite bathroom. There is a second bedroom on the same level. It is furnished with 2 twin beds and has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The third bedroom on the top floor is furnished with a queen-sized bed. This bedroom has a beautiful little balcony. The fourth bedroom is a studio style bedroom located on the top floor and has also a queen-sized bed, sharing the bathroom with bedroom 4.

The living room at the villa is spacious and features comfortable sofas, lovely art work, beautiful fabrics and tiled flooring. The entertainment system includes a large flat screen full HD television offering a wide range of cable tv channels, as well as internet, music.

Starfish Isles has 3 pools. The main swimming pool and the club pool (part of the beach club) are spacious and is surrounded by an expansive deck. Comfortable lounges are placed on the deck for relaxing after a swim or for simply soaking in the sun. The table and chairs on the deck can be a good place for evening drinks or even for a candle lit intimate dinner.
The community swimming pool is free to use. Deck chairs are included.

The kitchen at the villa is fully-equipped with a refrigerator and all essential appliances, and has a fresh and bright look. You might even like to engage your own private chef to make your vacation just perfect.
You will find a gas barbecue grill in the garden.

There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Guests at Starfish Isles can simply take a short stroll to the club house and enjoy meals or a drink.
The club house offers jazz night of Fridays and barbeque day on Sunday.
Be sure to check with the club for further details or any additional activities. The marina in the complex offers several water-based activities, such as charter tours, boat rentals, snorkeling and much more.

Palm Cay is located 35 minute drive from Nassau's international airport and within 15 minutes from downtown Nassau and Paradise Island. Renting a private villa in The Bahamas sounds expensive, but it isn’t and you will be pleasantly surprised by our reasonable rates and quality accommodations.

The membership to the Club is recommended, but optional. If you opt out, you will still be able to use the Palm Cay private beach and the community pool including lounge chairs.

We recommend to decide after check-in. Visit the Welcome Center, which is located right next to the house, talk to the staff, find out on your own and decide right there after arrival.

The fee is charged by Palm Cay and is handled seperately from the booking.

Q: Is the villa by the beach?
A: Yes. The home is not on the beach, but at perfect location a few steps from the beach. It will take you 30 seconds to the beach and 40 seconds to the Beach Club. Palm Cay is a big community. Therefore location is important and it is highly recommended to pick a home at Starfish, NOT Anchorage or Galleon Bay.

My property managers have units on the beach.
The rate is usually about 790.- USD per night.

Q: We're a big group. Do you have a second villa at the same location?
A: Yes, my property manager is offering units.

Q: How much is the Beach Club membership fee?
A: The use of the Club is optional.
If you wish to be a member, the charge by Palm Cay is 20 USD per person per day for 3 consecutive days. The Club is decoupled from any booking. We suggest, that you visit the Welcome Center and decide after check-in.

Q: How far is it to the next supermarket?
A: Solomon's on Yamacraw is just about 4 minutes by car/taxi.

Q: Are there any restaurants nearby?
A: The Palm Cay restaurant 'Pink Octopus' is right next to the villa. Beach Club membership is not necessary for the restaurant.
There are about 20 more restaurant in the vicinity a driving distance of 5 to 12 minutes. Nassau with plenty of possibilities is about 15 to 20 minutes away.

Q: How much is the transfer from the airport to the villa?
A: We recommend ONE LUXURY CONCIERGE & TRANSPORTATION for the transfer. If you mention "Palm Cay 1404" the charge will be 130.- USD (instead of 150.- USD) for up to 6 guests (with a maximum of 4 big suitcases). The rate is per car needed.

Q: Is the place safe?
A: Absolutely. Palm Cay is a gated community with 24/7 security and security patrol. Every person needs to identify him/herself at the gate for access control.
Additionally the community is well illuminated at night. At Palm Cay you will always feel safe and secure.

We clean AND disinfect! Our cleaning staff is instructed to strictly follow the Airbnb cleaning guidelines and the recommendations from the Centers of Desease Control and Prevention (CDC).
