The hotel nice but they gotta clean the hot tub out they really unorganized I was supposed to have a Butler I didn’t meet him
Until today’s I was about to leave mostly all the restaurant was closed they shoulda said all this before I booked

Did not like the fact that all the (included) water sports activities didn't exist (pedal boats) or needed improvements (kayaks could have/should have had back (seat) backs to accommodate senior citizens. mini- para sail boats said they were included but we were told we had to pay a $40 fee for a lesson and then they were free! hardly free! snorkeling equipment was old and out-dated, leaked water into eye mask and nostrils.

Nice, but wantMore Jamaican vibe-Less Spring break
Pros:Everyone was very friendly. Quality of food in restaurants was very good, Zen hibachi was really good. The view at Ocean Point was excellent
Cons:Provide quick tour of whole hotel, describe restaurants, gym, salon, water sports, event location, other entertainment. Drinks too sweet, no diet soda
Location:No need to go to Rick's to see beautiful sunset, didn't see need to go off hotel, most places we were interested in took too much time out of day
It seemed the vast majority of entertainment was Top 40 / Pop related the afternoons outside of the Adults only was almost constant Top 40 & Pop music (this became more annoying as the week went on)... I would have hoped being in Jamaica that we would have a ton (not a lot, a ton) more reggae, steel drums caribbean music ... again very disappointed. There was very little to just listen to the waves. The availability of a sandy area in front of the Diamond Club adults only was sparse, thankfully there weren't many people looking for beach space. The "Cove" beach area in front was very beautiful (could offer a spot for shade though). The staff was really good, however at times too much ... This may just have been bad timing but every time in the afternoon after spending morning and afternoon at beach and we wanted to go back to the room (heaven knows there was no way to sleep on the beach) and "recharge" for the evening someone was knocking on the door. We had no idea where to go to find outdoor water activities (we could have asked, but this should have been part of check-in). The room was very good with a beautiful view. The balcony was private with decent chairs. Wish they would have told us about hotel credits and how they can be used ... big disappointment. Consider Diamond Club if not too costly upgrade. WiFi difficult in our room, but OK otherwise. If this hotel was the best price we'd go again easily, if others had the same cost no reason not to try another hotel

Very decent place
Moved us around, not ready for our reservation despite our late arrival.
Gave us free upgrade of "diamond club" did not explain it so as we could properly utilize it.
Hard to find beach or pool chairs, however staff happy to help you get seating where you want.
Room electrical was blacking out most nights.
