This house is a beachfront villa in Little Bay Country Club, an upscale gated community in Negril. This spectacular villa with it's own private white sand beach and infinity edge swimming pool is only a 45 minute drive from the Airport. The community sits on a thin peninsula surrounded by the ocean on both sides and is gated with 24 hour security.

The villa itself has two large bedrooms each with ocean views and the Master en-suite bathroom. The two bedrooms are upstairs. All bedrooms have split air-conditioning and HD LED televisions. The villa is beautifully decorated with a mix of elegant new pieces. All bathrooms, which are finished in natural stone, marble or granite, have walk in showers. Relax in the large master suite complete with a luxurious bathroom with shower enclosure and spa-like soaking tub while watching the sunset. This suite opens unto a spacious upstairs patio where one can enjoy the breathtaking sunrise in the morning or have afternoon tea while viewing the birds of the Little Bay Marine Park. Experience the romantic Beach where we you can grill your favorite meal right on the beach while you dine by candlelight surrounded by tiki torches.

The Villa is complete with an air-conditioned family room with surround sound and 60' flat screen TV also has a exquisite kitchen where you can produce exceptional meals. The villa rental includes free WIFI, Cable TV, housekeeper to attend to all your needs. Relax on the beach or have a drink by the pool.

You should visit the world famous Ricks Cafe. Located five minutes drive from the villa is Cool Runnings water park, Margaritaville and the Jungle Nightclub.

This is a beautiful property. The only reasons we could not give it 5 stars was because the grill was not working and would not be replaced nor fixed timely and we wanted to use it and the AC unit in the master bedroom was not cooling the room. That was challenging because we had to share the only other bathroom on the main level, which we did not plan on doing. The property manager did open up another room to us in the house, but that room did not have the size or the view we had in the master bedroom, which was another deciding factor on this property. They did get the AC fixed sooner versus later though. The kitchen did have the utensils, pots, and pans we needed to cook. WiFi wasn't the greatest and kept going in an out but I think that may be expected.

In negril at beginning of Covid outbreak

The property is beautiful and well kept. His house is well stocked and also beautiful. The pool area is gorgeous. In the future I would work out a deal prior for a cab fare as we forgot to do this and the price seemed high in comparison to other years. We had the negative experience of traveling during the covid outbreak and would not care to ever repeat that. A few staff members were unfriendly because we were tourists and we were treated poorly at one local restaurant (not by workers but by local Jamaicans) for the same reason. This was something of a shock as I’ve always found Jamaicans so warm in the past. The complex closed the pools on our last day there for fear of Covid even though there were only a handful of people practicing social distancing. We stayed in the beautiful back yard however so it was not too much of a problem. If we return to Jamaica we would stay here again.

Enjoying but a bit isolated

We enjoyed the property but felt a bit isolated. The taxi rides into town were expensive. The private beach is beautiful but would be much more enjoyable if there was an onsite rental for kayaks, snorkeling, snack coffee bar etc.

Amazing ocean front property

It was a breeze renting this property. Paul, the owner's response to any questions or changes was always so quick and efficient. The property was as advertised, beautifully furnished, well equipped, very clean and an amazing ocean view, from bedroom , bathroom and balcony. Despite our late arrival due to some enroute sightseeing from airport by our amazing driver Devon, the manager waited for us, gave us an extensive tour of the property , our only regret is not having the opportunity to taste her cooking. We also felt very safe, was impressed by the thoroughness of the gate security, and even the police checkpoints in and out of Negril. Having a safe , clean private beach and infinity pool was icing on the cake. Since we didn't hire a car due to the crazy driving observed, we utilized the taxi services recommended by the property for local sightseeing, grocery shopping, dining at the amazing Rick's cafe on the cliff overlooking the ocean and mingling with the very welcoming , friendly, helpful , laid-back locals at the marketplace. Our only regret was not staying longer, but will definitely rent again and recommend this property. Great value for money 👍👌👏

Little piece of paradise

The entire staff made this a simple and amazing experience. Our driver Steven picked us up from the airport and was like our personal tour guide. He took us grocery shopping and waited patiently and anytime we wanted to leave the property he was just a text away. Avis kept the house clean and always left us with fresh flowers. Anne Marie the house manager was a dream. She was always available to answer any questions and even cooked for us when requested. Everyone was so friendly and available. This was our first time renting a house and I never felt unsafe or like I was missing any amenities a hotel would have. Can’t wait to return.

Best Vacay EVER!

I must admit, I was a little afraid to venture off the resort style vacation. Let me tell you, it was the BEST thing we've ever done. Vinroy, Ann Marie, Ava & Norris provided the best service and guest experience you could hope for from start to finish. There are so many things that I can say, the house was just as described and the view...the pictures do not give it justice. We asked Ann Marie to cook like she would could because we wanted the full Jamaican experience, she did not let us down. The comforts of actually being at home - you can't beat it. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Vinroy we will be back - for both houses. Much success to you, you know what you're doing.

We absolutely LOVED the condo the week we stayed there. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and of good quality. (There are also beach towels provided so leave yours at home and save that space in your suitcase) Our family was extremely comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. . Ann Marie met us and was very helpful in showing us around and being available when needed. Her son and my grandson enjoyed playing together. The beach and pool were a short walk and super nice; never a crowd. My husband said the snorkeling off of the beach was the best he has seen. This condo is not in close walking distance to anything so you would need a car or driver but you really don’t need to leave because you have everything you would ever want right there. After nearly 40 trips to Negril, this was, hands down, the nicest place we have ever stayed. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a memorable family vacation.

Peaceful but not far from party

The home is spotless and welcoming. Some color on the walls and dimmer lighting might be more cozier. Beds comfy, and amenities covered. I would return here for sure. It is a short distance to 7 mile beach, and the taxi drivers are charging $10 each way. $20 every time adds up quickly, but I don't know that I would want to drive there renting a car. Special place. Private beach is fantastic, as is infinity pool. I stayed alone and felt very safe. Always remember, never pay the first asked price, and probably not even the second price when youre dealing with all the locals on the beach. You don't have to worry with that on your private beach here! Enjoy!

Lovely Time

My husband and I stayed a week at this property, with a 3 day visit from my sister and our overall experience was very pleasant and super relaxing. The Community at Little Bay Country Club is beautiful, quiet, very private and safe- just what we were looking for. We found ourselves alone on the beach and at the pool for several hours daily- so wonderful. The cook Ann-Marie made the experience amazing. The driver Patrick was hilarious and knowledgeable in and out of town and was able to fill ALL of our request-just ask him, don't be shy. Unfortunately, some of the amenities for this property are not functioning as offered and are in need of immediate repair or discarding. The swing outside in front of the deck, was broken. The master suite bathroom needs a lot of repair (rainshower head in standalone shower, bathtub's hand held shower head, and bathroom sink faucet handle are all broken). Although it didn't ruin the overall experience, they were definitely things we were looking forward to enjoying with that amazing view from the master bathroom. The view from the property is really breathtaking and the beach offers amazing snorkeling, so bring goggles. If you choose not to use the cook offered, their is a woman who cooks on the property inexpensive, but definitely not as good as Ann-Marie her meals were absolutely amazing, she comes highly recommended!!

Great Place with good security and nice views

We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend an air conditioned taxi from the airport since it is a long ride. Make sure to stock up on groceries. We did excursions most every day during our short stay. The views were exceptional. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Simply amazing

I checked in the 29th of July to the 2nd of August at first the staff that met us was so warm and friendly they made us feel so welcomed as we reach. The place is of so much elegance and the view mannnn was so breathtaking the rooms were so clean and put together everything there for our comfort. I enjoyed my stay there so much I've visited my friends hotels in Negril and they visited us and your place was the talk of the town everybody is saying that's where they're staying next year. The house was great. Very clean and comfortable. We loved having Julia cook evening meals for us.

We had a great home away from home. Julia and Ann Marie kept the house clean and tidy for us and Julie cooked some great meals while we were there. She also did most of our grocery shopping for us. Really enjoyed our little beach which we had to ourselves most of the time. The snorkeling in little bay is great. Saw eels, rays, barracuda and every kind of fish you can imagine.

2 week stay

The condo was in very good condition. The back yard view of the sunset was beautiful. The showers have been remodeled and were larger. There are air conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms and in the living room. We were especially grateful for the cleaning service. The girls came in every other day to clean sheets and towels and clean the floors and bathrooms. The private beach down past the pool was a wonderful retreat.

Really Nice!

Just got back from a terrific vacation. The place is exactly as advertised, and then some, so you can't ask more than that. The interior is nice and clean and efficient. Mattresses are good and firm, if you like that (I do!) The views from the back patio and master bedroom balcony are superb. You are directly on the ocean overlooking a craggy cliff and there is no better spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. (Or vice-versa!) The very small private beach and the nice infinity pool that overlooks it is a two-minute walk away. The location is a bit remote which can be good and bad. Here's how you make it good. First, hire Julia (the property manager) and her sister Anne-Marie to be your private cooks. They are amazing! They made our trip complete. Whatever they charge - and it's not that much - is the best money you'll ever spend. They are wonderful cooks, but moreover wonderful people who are a complete joy to have around. Second, hire a driver. Julia can set that up for you as they have a driver they recommend and I'm sure he'd be great. We hired our driver independently, Kenny 876-384-1371, who is an excellent guy and loads of fun. The "Country Club" is a very nice, gated, safe, little set of multi-coloured townhouses, but they need to do more with it. There is a very nice tennis court (which no one set foot on the whole time we were there) and a basketball net. But there is no equipment and no one to manage them. There is a nice club house by the pool which is a terrible waste of space. It could be a great facility if they would just put some exercise equipment in there and maybe a pool table or ping pong or something. It's a shame because it would be so easy to do that and it would greatly improve the facility. Just my two cents. Vinroy and Judith seem like great owners but luckily we never needed to contact them because nothing went wrong! Highly recommend this place. We'll be back next year!
