Beautiful view, lifeguard service was wonderful, bar service was wonderful. We ate breakfast there a couple of times. Two times we had the same server, but the other time the server didn't ever check on us, we had to ask for things several times and the food took almost an hour to get there! The room was good but the hot water was hit and miss and sometimes we could hardly get any to come out of the shower head. We were disappointed there was not blow dryer in the room too,

Location of Negril Palms was perfect. Beach was stunning. Vibe of the place and the staff was friendly and chill. Felt right at home. Only a few gripes from me: wish there was shampoo and lotion in the room, a few more pillows and a blanket and a clock radio! Restaurant was good, but service was not good, seemed a bit understaffed. But that said, everyone was super friendly.

beach is nice and water was beautiful. the bathroom in our room was very small with no shelves or a place to even hang a towel. the toilet paper had no roller.

Motel was nice , lacking staff some days as hard to get a drink at bar or food in am and often pm. Room had no hot water for several days and then leaky plumbing. Needs hangers for towels and also luggage rack may have been helpful. very clean , maid service awesome, rainy days seem to cause staff problems!!!

Beach is a 1 minute walk with a clean pool and bar. Service is great. Rooms clean. Margarita Villegas’s is a 10 minute walk

Great security, friendly staff, clean rooms, hot water, and the WiFi worked my entire stay. I am a frequent visitor to Negril and this is one of my top 5 choices for affordable accommodations.

The food was good and staff pleasant. Water pressure was a bit low but the temperature was good. I could have used a light-weight blanket because A/C unit oscillates while cooling and it was a bit much on me while sleeping. Otherwise, the unit did the job. Light bulbs in lamps were really low wattage for reading and putting on make-up in bathroom. I would have enjoyed a comfortable chair while reading instead of having to sit outside in the heat, on the hard bench, or sitting in bed--but that's my preference.
