Came back to room about midnight after watching FBS game. Got in bed and realized heater not working. Did not want to deal with at that hour so just sucked in up. In morning told front desk and they moved me. No offer to help with th emove and no follow up from manager - totally feckless. Things break, that is not the problem, the complete lack of recovery from the issue other than changing my room is poor management. Additionally, have stayed here before and chose this for its superior breakfast both in quality and variety, as is the case with other Hamptons. The bean counters must have gotten to the breakfast bar in that while the variety was still there, the food itself was cheap (think rubbery eggs and some awful sausage patties). The food is of the quality that you expect in cheap roadside motels. Last visit for me there especially when there are other great options in NOLA.

The room was clean and the staff at the desk were courteous and helpful. The shuttle to the cruise ports is nice. If you’re going to meetings or conferences at the convention center you are right across the street. Very convenient.
