The window screen was broken in my initial room and it took 2 plus reports for the issue to be addressed. The breakfast wasn’t offered on several days during my stay. I prepayed and was offered a refund of 10 dollars daily although the breakfast on average cost 20 dollars. The cleaning staff were very efficient.

My window shade was broken and I had to follow up 3 occasions to get such addressed. My prepayed breakfast was not served on several days and after complaining I was offered a 10 dollar a day refund. The cost of breakfast on average was 20 dollars. Management was absent and often non responsive. The cleaning staff were very efficient.

The housekeeping staff was very hard to communicate with as she would constantly say “speak no English.” I just wanted to confirm if she was the person that cleaned my room to give her a tip. I got the feeling she thought I was asking for additional service but I just dropped the issue.

The location was great since I was attending an event at the convention center across the street. Staff were friendly and respectful with the exception of one lady. On my last day, I kept my luggage behind the counter so I could enjoy the city a little more. When I came back, the female staff said, “do you see your luggage? Then go get it.” This took me off guard as it was quite unprofessional. Otherwise, the other staff were respectful and friendly.

They routinely overbook the property. Despite checking in on the Hilton app and following up with a phone call to the front desk where I was told I was all set, I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm to be told there was no rooms available and the entire city was sold out. Expedia did not fix the problem. It was only after my time, stress, and persistence did the hotel finally “find” an upgraded room to accommodate me.

Parking is horrendous, the hotel is on a one way street with limited public parking. If you want to park in the hotel parking. It will cost you$$$. There are restaurants in walking distance but keep in mind many of them are 20 to 30 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
