An excellent choice for very reasonably priced lodging in and around Slidell, Louisiana. Comfortable, clean, quiet, and well furnished room; nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will plan to stay here, again.

I always enjoy my stay when I come to this particular Microtel Inn. It's very peaceful, quiet, and absolutely convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is always super nice and the rooms are always clean. Love staying here!!!

We got there an no hot water. We tried to call front desk phone didn’t work. Walked down to front desk clerk lied and said a breaker on hot water heater had flipped off and should have hot water in 30 minutes. 3 hours later no hot water next morning still no hot water. Finally the new lady at front desk said a part on hot water heater had quit working and they were waiting on parts. I know it said pet friendly but room next door had 3 barking dogs who whined and barked most of the night.I will never stay here again . I told the lady the night shift lady could had been honest from sign in and we would have made other plans. The next morning I ask them if we get a discount for no hot water and she said because I prepaid I didn’t. So let me get this right because I prepaid I get penalized?? What a joke

Good location. Near interstate but far enough away to be quiet. Waffle House nearby. Breakfast was ok but had to wait for some items to be made. Checking was a breeze. Clean and functional.
