Our flight did not arrive until 8:37 PM I make sure to call the hotel at 4:21 PM to let them know we would not be there at 4 PM check-in time but we would be coming later that evening once we finally arrived. Remind you this is during Mardi Gras at 10:36 PM due to the parades only to find that our room had been canceled. No one from the hotel or Expedia reached out to us.

Room was a little small for 2 people with 2 suitcases and 2 carry-ons. Rooms around courtyard are a little noisy. Old charming hotel. Staff are very helpful! Hotel is right in the French Quarter. Convenient to Cafe Beignet and a variety of restaurants.
