This is an awesome property. Clean, well maintained, vintage, and very hospitable staff. Walkable to the FQ (3 min) & 10 min to Burbon St action. I’d stay again but in a room with a personal balcony. We had a shared balcony didn’t care for that bc we couldn’t have the blinds up or balcony open bc other guests could walk by or peek in. Hopefully when we return, they’ll have their bar open and some food options on site.

The roof was leaking, reception didn’t respond well, they said the byways you are leaving in the morning so we will fix it for the next guest, no apology, nothing. Just the name game that you didn’t inform early or it was timely conveyed. The

This hotel is old with some new modification. Furnishings are eclectic, atmosphere historical. Best to get inner room due to street noise traditions. Good location to access most French Quarter highlites. Staff very courteous. Recommend yes.

The room is pretty basic. The heat/air is controlled by maintenance which was a pain. The temp in the room was set to 77 on heat and we could not turn it off. Even in the winter 77 is a bit excessive. Could use a desk instead of the table that was in the room. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Coffee all day would be great especially since there is a full working kitchen tha isn't being used and it is winter time.

Very old boutique type hotel in the French Quarter. Rooms were nice and large but in need of renovation, the beds were creaky and the shower curtain didn’t cover the shower well and the whole bathroom floor was wet every time.
