The staff was very courteous. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and I have to compliment the refurbishment of the bathrooms. I requested an extra bar of soap twice; never R’cd, so I finally helped myself to a bar of soap off of the cleaner’s cart.

Great place to stay when in New Orleans. Close to everything we wanted to see. Everything was excellent. The bed was super comfortable after a 5 hour drive from Houston. Nice and quiet area. The plus was I had a balcony!

Did not have a balcony view had a front road view the traffic was going back-and-forth you could hear the traffic from the road it night also can hear people at the elevator all night hard to get sleep

Very nice place to stay in the heart of the city, cozy, elegant and a clean. Walking distance from every where, including the boat access point for a wonderful jazz cruise. Hotel staff is also very friendly and polite.

The hotel experience was far from pleasant. Upon entering the building or stepping out of my room, I was immediately greeted by an overwhelming smell of pets that was hard to ignore. The strong odor of urine added to the discomfort, making it evident that cleanliness was not a priority here. Given the amount of money I spent for the night, including parking fees, I expected better accommodations. Additionally, the morning coffee was terrible; I had better coffee during military field training.
