Well appointed hotel walkable to most of the places we wanted to visit. Can be very loud due to proximity to Bourbon Street. The windows on second floor rooms are unique with shutter blinds, but do no block out any light so even at 2 am the room is lit from street lights. Beds and pillows are very comfy.

Good stay under the circumstances.

The air conditioning didn't work as well as it needed to. The staff deserves better treatment. Especially if they are out in the heat. Definitely had a visit from a paranormal entity who decided to hide one of our cell phones. I wish there was a way to be able for customers to reschedule their stay or cancel due to emergencies.I had lost my younger sibling days before the reservation and was unable to get refunded. The beds were comforting and the wallpaper in the bathroom was cool.

It was ok at best had to walk a mile to get to the room because of the elevator we had to use couldn’t use the elevator the takes use by our rooms by the numbers 250 Could eat by the pool and when we came inside they still had something to say and couldn’t eat in the room had no seating or tables to eat
