Anniversary staycation. No real complaints except in the morning. The cleaning crew was kind of loud in the hallways and adjoining rooms so difficult to sleep in.

Expedia said we could check in at three that was not the case. The hotel said there was no check in until four but the way that the lady attendant explained it was very rude. One of her coworkers overheard her and came and got me personally and upgraded us to a better room to get us in our room he was wonderful. She was not. There was no reason for the way she spoke to me or to my friend !!!

First time staying at Nopsi. The rooms were huge, staff was friendly and responsive. The hotel was convenient to everything we needed to access. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

A Royal Welcome: My Memorable Stay at NOPSI

From the moment I arrived at the property, I was treated like royalty. The valet attendant was incredibly kind and took the time to explain all the valet services in detail. He wouldn’t even let me handle my own luggage. He assisted me in every way possible and did so with genuine courtesy. At the check-in counter, I was warmly greeted by Sean. His attentiveness and welcoming demeanor truly stood out. Sean’s customer service was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced in hospitality. It’s clear he loves what he does at the NOPSI Hotel. He answered all my questions with care and helped make my birthday stay truly unforgettable. I am looking forward to staying at NOPSI Hotel for my next solo-cation! I definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers. 10/10!

I would never return to this property staff is not helpful except one gentleman he was very helpful at the front desk but the women were not on the website it said breakfast included and it was not it’s 75$ deposit each night you stay I have never heard of that and you are paying for WiFi which hotel that I have stayed I have free WiFi 35 dollars each night you stay because it’s a so called resort and there is nothing about that hotel a resort it’s a rip off

The room was neat & clean love the makeup mirror, the pool area a bit small , didn’t mind it. DJ was ok, no requests. I didn’t care for some the workers attitudes, IE I was in the pool area, a guest was smoking , I told the bartender, he told me to call the front desk, which caught me off guard. The man working the bar area downstairs, not so nice. Didn’t realize the hotel is not black owned as research, probably will not stay again.
