The water from the sink in our initial room was running milky white. Frontdesk sent a technician up within 10 minutes. We were assigned a different room. After that, all was perfect.

Room was comfortable but hallways were VERY cold. Check-in was fast & easy. Higher floors have nice views. Perks were nice, especially the $15 credit/day at Mr Ed’s restaurant, refillable bottle and refill station (with flavored waters), and streetcar passes. Staff were very friendly and made our stay extra special! Very conveniently located in the French Quarter with lots of shopping and dining options within a 5-10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in the 17th floor. Love the fact that is in a great location near Bourbon Street and many restaurants. We also enjoyed the heated pool. Unfortunately, it was too close to the party areas. We heard loud music until 3:30am. Another problem was that our room key was constantly deactivated because they made a room mistake and they assigned us to a room in the 17th floor but in the system we were on the 14th floor. The front desk lady had a sour face every time we asked to reactivate our keys, Even thought it was inconvenient for us. We would go up to our room to find out that it didn’t work. Also, when we checked in we told the front desk that the had paid for parking when we reserved through Expedia and he told us that they were not the same company and we had to pay. Thank goodness another employee came by and told the one that was helping us that the price of parking was included in our stay. We loved the location but probably not stay there again.

Very expensive for the one night stay. We were on the top floor which requires an elevator change to access the room. It was cold in New Orleans that night and the room heater was not working. In fairness we didn’t report the outage it was after midnight before it became uncontrollable so we bundled up until morning check out. We realize staying in the French quarter all the Hotels are dated but I expected more from the Wyndham.

Had to get off of one elevator to get on another for the floor we were assigned. There is a daily charge for the unusable water bottle, limited water station and a jazzy pass that would have been cheaper on our own.
