Room needs updating and a good cleaning. Beds were very old uncomfortable and squeaky. One bed had dust ruffle one did not showing bad wear of bed.Tub was falling apart and moldy. Room smelled very musty and moldy. Room was dark and windows did not open. Location was great. Pictures of room very mis leading. The bar may baileys was closed even though its posted hours said open.

My husband wasn't feeling well and the hotel manager let us check in early so he could rest. Cute boutique hotel right in the French Quarter. Very comfortable.

The stay was bad for several reasons: - It took no less than 1 hour (after travelling for 10ish hours) to get checked in because the hotel had no reservation for me. It took a lot of back and forth with multiple Hotels.com agents to finally get added into their system. - The room (as advertised) is not correct. The room I received was not even close to the room I chose, and after asking the front desk, they confirmed that the room advertised (both on Hotels.com and the hotel's website) is actually a suite. So they're advertising a nice room for a good rate to get you to book, but then give you a huge downgrade.. - Hotel staff knocked on my door three times in the 2 hours leading up to check out, which was super annoying. Apparently, they just wanted to know if I was still there?? - I found a cockroach in my bathroom The best part of my stay was Kentrell at the front desk. She was so kind and helpdul!

This hotel used to be so lovely. It is terribly rundown and in disrepair. The chair in our room was ripped, had holes in it and filthy. The furniture in the hotel was just as dirty. The headboards in our room were stained so much I would not use them as a headrest. The bathroom was not very clean and needs major updating. The pool, bar and patio were very quaint and pitouresque but the paint and stucco on the hotel was feeling and falling off. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I am glad I had Expedia points for this bc I would be upset paying full price for the condition of the hotel. I would not stay here again unless the hotel was renovated.
