The room tvs do not work. When i️ called front desk they had an attitude and told me that the tvs haven’t been working since covid!!! I️ talked to another guest at the hotel and they told me their tv was working fine! So horrible service and they will lie to you, so they won’t have to fix things.

Room 242. The rug was gross full of stains and there were 2 roaches. 1 in the shower and 1 on the table with the ice bowl and things. Air conditioning seem not to cool at temp. Room thermostat said 69 but felt like 72+. Never had breakfast.

The location on Canal Street and the Street Car that stopped right in front of the hotel was great .The hotel was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were wonderful. We were so happy with our seven day stay.wereveryhappyinhot.

Love love love this hotel... very nice and professional staff! The hotel is very nice looking, the rooms are very spacious the beds are comfortable and I love the hott water pressure.Its walking distances to everything.We are from Dallas and we will always stay here when we visit New Orleans.

Good locations , exceptional staff but resturant was closed at 9. It was no way for us to use complimentary drink since they closed earlier without informations We had room with kitchen and washer and drier - we did not need it but great options if someone stays longer . Very nice hotel . I would recommended

The linen on our beds weren’t clean. The valet was not available at night . We had to constantly tell them to clean our room and give us new towels . The night concierge was rude and unhelpful. The day time valet was good and helpful . Over all I would not stay there again

My Stay

The room was pretty nice & clean, the bed is very comfortable, the AC was nice n cold & the bathroom was also very clean. It just needs some rugs & the shower needs a door cus the floor gets wet. Other than that it was an AMAZING & RELAXING stay.
