Checked in early and the front desk was very nice and helpful. The doormen are also super nice and friendly. They have a luggage room to hold any luggage for a small fee which was super nice since we didn't leave until 7pm. Its in a good location and walking distance to lots of things. There is also a street car and bus around the corner that was easy to use too. The rooms were a little outdated and dirty and not a lot of towels in the rooms for the amount of people. We had to ask a coupleof times and we were there for 6 days. Would stay here again, but would also look at other options as well.

The property was right on Canal Street where the street cars are, you can pick up or Uber is very easy around the city. The hotel was very clean although we did have problems briefly with the elevators no big deal fixed quickly and the pool had to be Drained one day, but filled the next just didn’t get delivered washcloths daily or bathmat but again no big deal. Just called down and ask for it. Overall, very happy with the property they had a breakfast place for coffee just needed to be opened earlier. It opens at seven and six would be better for business would be more appropriate.

First, major problem, there was period blood and feces on the blanket I got out of the closet. There was black curly pubic hair on the floor near the shower. Mold in the corners of the shower. Fridge didn’t work at all. No towels at the pool. Valet had no place to pull off the road. You and to just park in the street until someone got your car.
