We appreciated the location of the hotel with proximity to many restaurants and bars. The parking area was in the basement accessed only by stairs and very inconvenient. The floor in our room was filthy and while we requested housekeeping service, no one came.

Everything was excellent but the only big issue with staying here is the impossible and very limited parking. Best not to park at the hotel, better to find parking nearby.

The overall stay was good. However, the fraudulent repeated charges during my stay was very irritating and an inconvenience. I was charged a double security deposit followed by a 3rd attempt before my bank flagged it as fraud. When I reported it to hotel staff after the first charge I was assured it would be taken care of!! But in stead there were 3 more charges attempted on my acct. The charges were for different amounts and they increased with each attempt. I stayed for 3 nights and when I checked out the issue still was not solved!! This hotel has some serious problems with their payment system!!

We thought it was a great hotel. Good location, reasonably priced, clean, and had everything we needed. We appreciated the big lobby for our toddler to have some running room and the service at the front desk was quick.

On Saturday, May 17th. Our keys would not open the room that were staying in. Finally after several attempts even with the maid master key, and it still didn't open. Finally the custodian had to come and open it and changed out the batteries. We had our keys reprogram again. We left the hotel for several hours. When we returned later that evening, the keys still did not open the room. They finally moved us to another room. 😔 For all the inconvenience, the last night stay should be FREE! And I asked for a receipt and was told that that I had to get it from Hoyels.com.

Although the room was made up, the floors were absolutely disgustingly dirty. Our feet were black from walking around on the tile. We found a very large roach in the bathtub. The staff was not knowledgeable about my charges are being able to print me a receipt. The hotel is continuing to try and charge me for a stay that I've already completed and was paid in advance. Seems like a scam to me
