Would like to see the shower curtain changed out when it has stains or marker ink on it. The ceiling had water damage and the bathroom door handle was broken so you couldn’t lock it and when you twisted it the handle would fall off. Little things need to be repaired so it makes the hotel stand out instead of getting a lower review. The flip side I really appreciated the kind and friendly welcome from the hotel staff at check in. They were very courteous. Thank you

The front desk staff were extremely kind and very helpful. Sadly we stayed in room203 and it wasn’t very well kept. The ceiling has water spot stains ,the shower curtain has permanent black marker drawn on it and the shower has a good bit of mold/mildew. Only one elevator works and it would be very helpful to have large clear signs in the roaming garage labeling where the stairs to the lobby or elevator are for guest unfamiliar with the parking area.

Hotel itself is nice! However parking in parking garage was an issue. I checked with front desk and based on our discussion, my truck would fit. My truck did not exceed the height maximum, but entrance was very extremely steep and narrow. The top of my truck sustained some damage upon entering ripping an item off the top. I spoke to concierge and I plan to speak to manager.

Room was clean, staff friendly. The only complaint I have is my room was close to the elevator (402) and you could hear the ding of it ALL night long.

The staff is great and room is comfortable, what can be improved is the heater/ac and tv. At night the room wouldn't warm up and in the day ot would cool as much. Tv didn't work, after the nice engineers came to fix the tv it started working but when we came back to the room late evening the tv wasn't working again and at that point we decided not to call it in again.

Just OK. Floors were so dirty, one day of walking in the room, our feet were black. Shower faucet leaked spraying water all over the ceiling which came back down on the toilet. Safe didn’t work, lighting is horrible, feels institutional. Good location. Close to the French Quarter but not right in the thick of it…Overall for the price, it should have been nicer. Kind of run down and dumpy…

The hotel is a bit run down. Staff is friendly. Rooms are just ok but my main gripe is the lighting in the rooms. Two tiny sconces with bright white. No lamps. Called for cleaning service, never happened. Had to change my own sheets and get fresh towels. Not acceptable. I kept thinking “you get what you pay for”.

We stayed their for 4 days and getting our room cleaned was terrible. Out of the 4 days we requested the room to be cleaned and it only happened 1 out of 4 days and that 1 day it wasn't cleaned well. We had to asked for towels and water thankfully the MAINTENANCE MAN accommodate up before his shift ended.
