Would like to see the shower curtain changed out when it has stains or marker ink on it. The ceiling had water damage and the bathroom door handle was broken so you couldn’t lock it and when you twisted it the handle would fall off. Little things need to be repaired so it makes the hotel stand out instead of getting a lower review. The flip side I really appreciated the kind and friendly welcome from the hotel staff at check in. They were very courteous. Thank you

The front desk staff were extremely kind and very helpful. Sadly we stayed in room203 and it wasn’t very well kept. The ceiling has water spot stains ,the shower curtain has permanent black marker drawn on it and the shower has a good bit of mold/mildew. Only one elevator works and it would be very helpful to have large clear signs in the roaming garage labeling where the stairs to the lobby or elevator are for guest unfamiliar with the parking area.

Hotel itself is nice! However parking in parking garage was an issue. I checked with front desk and based on our discussion, my truck would fit. My truck did not exceed the height maximum, but entrance was very extremely steep and narrow. The top of my truck sustained some damage upon entering ripping an item off the top. I spoke to concierge and I plan to speak to manager.

Individuals laying and sitting on concrete sidewalks with their dogs and belongings every block we walked. Some would come up o you and ask for money, water and food. Very dirty and the city of New Orleans should not allow pets to sit out in the hot sun just because the human does. Very sad to see this. The entrance to hotel and lobby were well kept. Original room we were put in was not cleaned well and needed repair. Requested different room and was much better. The security guard had to quiet the people next to us as they were loud and didn't respect others.

1st night room was not clean. Found the bump under my mattress was a bottle of lubricant left. Coffeemaker was not clean. Moved to cleaner room . Security had to come quiet adjoining room because of noise.noise.bottle

Nice area, friendly staff.

Hotel lobby was nice, check in was easy. Room was spacious. No coffee though despite being advertised. Just tea bags in the rooms next to a coffee maker. Bed itself was comfy, sheets were clean. Pillows were insanely hard. Like laying on concrete. Bathroom has no exhaust fan so all of the moisture builds and builds, ceiling had mold on it I’m sure due to the excessive heat and moisture. Still a good stay though, and in a nice area. Would probably stay again as I’ve definitely stayed in way worse.

To charge $120 to park your Motorcycles for the weekend in the hotel parking is rediculous! The bed was hard and while we were out our room was not cleaned. We do not recommend this place at all!!

The hotel it self is great no complaints..but outside a lot of homeless they bombard you right outside and the corner all the way down the street..I have no problem with homeless but when your wife feels unsafe to walk especially in new Orleans when walking from hotel..
