Room and hotel were fine. Breakfast room was crowded and took a while for coffee to be refilled. Main issue was having to wait for the elevators. We had to wait for four elevators trying to come down to check out. Service staff uses elevators for work and it is hard for guests to get on.

Check in was horrible. When checking in our rooms weren’t ready so the lady at the front desk SAID she was doing a “pre check-in” & was reserving 3 rooms for us. When I came back to check in she was not there & needless to say we didn’t have the 3 rooms held as she said. PLUS she charged my credit card for all 3 rooms & that was not to be done. This wasn’t a very favorable experience

6/2/22 through 6/6/22 staff is very helpful and kind. The room small but clean. The bed is ok for few nights but it could be better. Location is good and close to many attractions!

The property location is nice for both the subway and tourist attractions. The employees working the front desk and the breakfast are very nice. Also we felt secure with the doors being locked in here and I have a key to enter at night. Our room had mold in both the bathroom and on the walls above the bed. Also when we asked for new towels we had to take our old ones down to replace them. When we asked for trash to be picked up they told us to put it outside the door. I understand with Covid they’re limiting cleaning however we didn’t ask for a full room cleaning just a swap of towels and trash. The hotel itself in multiple areas that needed a good deep cleaning.
